  1. Bought a few books from CBG in his SDCC sales thread. Package arrived quickly, comics were in excellent condition, and there were a ton of extra goodies added in! Super easy transaction, would gladly buy from again!
  2. Picked up a Thundercats #1 9.8 slab from Anthony. While USPS didn't take the best care of the box during transit, the slab was perfectly fine thanks to the awesome pack job. Would for sure buy from Anthony again. Cheers!
  3. Purchased a book from Toast in his massive 2014 ECCC sales thread. Not only did he ship the book out before he left Seattle, but it arrived in absolutely pristine condition. His sales kung fu is strong. Looking forward to his SDCC sale!
  4. Bought a semi-rare Batman blank from A. Maintained excellent communication throughout the entire transaction, arrived quickly and excellently packed. A pleasure doing business with you good sir!
  5. Great communication, bomb-proof packaging, and a super sweet bonus along with a killer book. Highly recommended!
  6. Purchased some blanks from Mayor, they arrived quickly and were packaged with extra care. Great transaction!
  7. Bought some hard cover books from Paul. Great communication at all times, and books arrived quickly and packaged very securely. Would gladly buy from again!
  8. This exact SS book is on my collecting bucket list. Glad to see that there is one out there, but very jealous that it isn't in my collection.
  9. This one is on my back, so I don't really notice it all that often anymore... Carnage Symbiote Meatwad! Part of a series, mixing my favorite comic villians with the Aqua Teens. I have a Joker Frylock coming up, but I still don't know what to do with Master Shake yet.
  10. Started on a cover-up yesterday. Didn't actually get to the cover-up part yet, because my artist wanted to do this part instead. Color and additional shading to come. The picture doesn't really do this thing justice, I'm very happy with it.
  11. Received a shipment of DC goodness today from nochips, books were packed incredibly well and arrived in record time! Looking forward to more transactions in the future!
  12. I received the tracking number for my shipment at the end of the business day after my order was listed as Shipped/Safe. Mine went out UPS, pretty sure the USPS option has tracking also. You should probably email them about it.
  13. Shipped today. Very excited! Now if I can just avoid looking at the grades online and spoiling the surprise... Broke down and looked at 2 of the grades online. 9.8 and a 9.6. Feeling good about the rest of them. According to the tracking, I get to find out tomorrow.

  18. I don't think anyone has attacked you over any of this. On the contrary, you deserve all the praise ever for trying to get this man to produce some work or refunds. It is an awful deal when you have to read or hear about someone you know and like in this fashion, but he has dug himself a pretty big hole. And I doubt he will get out with any kind of credibility. It has been suggested in the Signature Series forum that some sort of legal recourse is the only option for his customers to get their money back. Seems like they might be right.
  19. That's one of my favorite Eerie covers, nice pickup!
  20. I built a set of heavy duty road cases to hold my drum set and various accessories. Turned out to be much easier then I thought, so I'm planning on building a "road case" for my slabs. It'll be a fraction of the cost of those wooden comic chests, and I think it'll look much cooler. Something similar to that, for those who are wondering.
  21. My first ever submission (non FT Modern) was received on 4/29, and went to Verified today. Right on track I suppose.
  22. Your guys are awesome, thanks for the info! That German edition is the exact one I have. And yes, the cover is a homage to Action Comics 300. The stories are very similar also.
  23. Superman 29, from March 1989. My parents went to Germany in 1990, and they brought me back a copy of this issue. Its one of my favorite comic possessions. I believe its the unofficial start of Dan Jurgen's run on the series.
