    It sure has. I probably wasn't even looking at the centering of a book when I purchased my copy a looonng time ago.

    I've always had a sweet spot for purple covers. And there's some nice Wood art inside, I thus favor it a little over the Batman.

    I dug this out today. I've had it for a while and have no idea if it's a rare book or not, but it's a nice Baker book and I'm glad to own it. I have a couple more and will post them when I get around to take pics of them.

    You're not kidding, front cover presents like it's a full grade higher. Nice book! Hard to find nice copies of those early issues (he says as if he's telling you something you don't already know very well!) A nasty stain on the bc is keeping the book down. You're right about those early issues being hard to come by.

    The one on the bay? It sold for a nice price below market value, maybe because of the rusty staple. I have a 5.5 and paid more for it. Star Spangled 84 is a great and under valued key, but it's also a tough one.

    I love that Crandall cover! The cover to War Fury 1 by Don Heck is also quite gruesome.
