Heard about his reputation after I bought a Sandman 1 from him.
Subbed it out of curiousity and got a 9.8.
Appears I'm one of the lucky ones.
Edit: For the record I believe he graded it 9.4 on the sticker.

Looking for a page featuring Matty Roth
Please PM if you have something that fits the bill
Thank you

Southern Bastards is the best comic on the stands (when it's on the stands) and I've got my fair share of issue 1 and 4.
Scalped 43 is good for reading and if you're completing a run. That's it.

Why the face palm? It's the toughest cover and rarely pops up on ebay. When it does, it seems to be going up in value based on what I have observed (this version, not all covers). It's not setting the woods on fire like some other major modern keys, but it seems to be on an upward trajectory. I thought this thread was about uncovering gems that are due to breakout, not pointing them out after they have peaked.
Even if the show idea fizzles, there is also talk of a movie. The property is on Hollywood's radar.

Anyone familiar with the Spanish version?
I picked one up at a convention but can't find any info about it online.
-
I'd still like a 1:75 variant though.

Looked through a bunch more of these covers today, and I gotta admit I am really digging this one by Stelfreeze. I'm not entirely surprised.
I wonder if it's been sold. Does he sell his art and, if so, where?
Spoke to Brian at SDCC a year or two ago (it's a blur) and he said his published work is primarily digital though certain elements of a piece may be done traditionally.
It was a sad day for me.

Still have one great example though.
That's an understatement.

The story, while great, is not budget friendly.

I'm with you Harvey.
Guy tried to take his loss like a man and gets kicked while he's down. Can't say I'm surprised though.

I've got three ASM 4 variants at an average of $24. While this predicament isn't ideal I don't really care as long as the 1:10 ratio remains true.

Standard (9 books)
Submitted 3/27/15 (on site at ECCC)
Received 6/30/15

Pulled? This ain't DC my man. No amount of Cameron Stewart tears can stop this one.

Anyone receive MST submissions from ECCC?

Take it from a guy with 10 copies of EoSv2...it ain't happening. No way, no how.
10 ?
LCS had stacks just as it began to heat up. Grabbed 11 and gave one to my cousin. Just got lucky on this one.

I think it would be interesting to know those who are arguing for one book or another exactly which books they own
I sold all of my 14s and 17 2nd prints. Figured I'd flush the poo while it was still steaming.
I've seen you in the ASM 678 Mary Jane Variant thread.
If you own one you may want to consider another flush

Canadian actress, Melinda Shankar, tweeted Marvel a while back with her face against a copy of Ms. Marvel 1.
Three days ago she tweeted enjoying her visit to Marvel accompanied with a tongue in cheek emoji indicating she has a secret.
Just thought I'd share.

I want my books NOW!

I found the variant 1st print not the 2nd
I was just shocked how much the 2nd print was going for
I thought it had potential but it's going nuclear.

Well don't worry professors I'll be gone soon. Sweet baby Jesus no wonder no one apologizes on this board they get ignored.
No one apologizes on this board because they're never wrong

The new label reflects CM 17 2nd Print as her first cover. Accuracy is a good thing.
Thanks for doing the legwork, Paul. (thumbs u

Ha!
No, just a tale of yesteryear in the land of Torontoros at the perennial gathering dubbed Fan Expo!
In all seriousness - just sharing. I don't doubt a word you all have said.
