This is the type of thing that people like Athaxto will never understand about these boards. Last week I sent a member of the boards a box of stuff simply because I knew he wanted them and never expected anything in return. Well, today I get a huge package and guess what? Another boardie (RenoMcCoy) had arranged for his raffle prize to go to me because he knew it contained something I wanted to read. This was a completely different boardie that I did not know and he did not know I had just did a similar act. THAT is what these boards are all about. Athaxto, you may say you did not join to make friends, but let me tell you, friends are the best part of these boards. Comics are just the bond that brought us together. The PL does not have a 30 day time limit ... there's 30 after a transaction begins before a Boardie can be nominated, but once on the list you stay there until you make good. Yep, sorry Speedy, I missread that part. I should hope so! A misreading like that'll get you on the list right quick! I am just unfamiliar with the list because I am a seller's dream on these boards

In situations like this I say we go with the spirit of the law as opposed to the letter of the law. There may be loopholes to get him out of being nominated by the letter but no matter what he broke it in spirit.

I do not want a collection that will sit inside a safe or a box. If something is cool, I want to look at it and enjoy it. I am in the hobby for me not as an investment. I make sure that there is no sunlight in the room at all. That being said, that means most of you might not like my comic room. I am only showing three walls because the 4th wall has too much identifiable stuff like diplomas and other nonsense.

Yikes....the dead walk...but guns not running out of bullets is the deal breaker. That wasn't a long range scope on Daryl's rifle, it was a holographic sight. That was a short barrel AR, it and its holographic (which most likely didn't work because it runs on batteries) are designed for 25 feet and closer combat. Anything outside that range is a shoot. He might come within 2 feet at 50 yards but any closer is going to be a stretch and that sight is useless at that distance. I actually thought they did a decent job on the ammo this episode. When Darryl is firing the AR15 he is using the magazines (Magpul) with the see through window that lets you know how many rounds are left. You could see the rounds being fed then going to slide lock right when it was supposed too. I would argue disagree with the comment about the scope though. It is the type with a holographic sight (EOTech) with no magnification but it is extremely accurate at 100 yard shots. That shot with the stable platform that he had, with the element of time on his side, is extremely doable and not a crapshoot at all.

I knew something big was going to happen to her this episode because she had too many lines, . I wasn't expecting that though. We all know when you have been around for a while and have no screen time then suddenly get a lot its never a good thing. I like the comment about her being on the future show. That would be an interesting way to start a new series but still have ties to the old one.

I love the sales threads here. I have bought from at least a dozen sellers and had no problems so far. I have also found that the prices are far more reasonable than E-Bay since the seller does not have to pay the high fees. Would hate to see it go.
