MKkiller posted a for sales thread, as usual in the wrong section or something. mkkiller After arriving at its new locations a large number of boardies pointed out the mistakes he made in his postings. It did not take long after 3 pages of comments to go poof!

Perhaps they were a lenient on the threadcrapping in his thread because he is most likely a pain in the butt for even the mods. You can tell when they move his posts they are tired of telling him the same things over and over.

Why does he even stay on these boards, no less trying to sell on them?

Honestly though, I understand that you are protected through PP, and most likely he will send you the book as described and all that. We are speaking solely about the principal of the matter.

Can't wait for the complaint and whining threads. If they show up complaining, I will not feel sorry for them. Pasta Boy should know better since he already had one or two incidents this past week with other sellers. are we talking about the ASM 300 chrome that paypal is giving me the money back for that I paid for because I didn't want to renag on an offer? Or are we talking about the hotel I was at last night and the three burly gentlemen who were not discussed in the original ad? Jimmy, I think it is obvious. Glad you brought this up CGC. I have been watching that thread for a couple of days and people are falling over themselves to buy his books. I was surprised by a couple of the buyers that I thought would know better. There was one item I would have liked to buy but refused solely on principle. Some things are more important than a "good deal."

One thing is that he certainly can't hide from you. He has posted a link to every social media and seller site he has. If he is ignoring you here, you could try to message him on ebay as well. http://hustruck.com/

Spider Dan: You had a good thing coming. A sweet trade in which you came out on top. Then Bob wanted to adjust it to all cash, the same thing you would have originally accepted, but you got greedy and wanted the trade back. For this you are at fault. Then Bob found out about the stain. That is neither of your fault's. You both made a mistake in the transaction, and there was an unfortunate problem with the stain. At this point it is best for both of you to totally walk away from this situation. It will only become a grudge you will both stew on. Shake hands and move on. A comic should never ruin a friendship. Now that both parties are on here together, is there any way the two of you can work things out. It seems obvious that neither side had any bad intentions with the deal, just different perceptions. Spider-Dan, is there any thing that could be done by the buyer that would satisfy you to release him from the deal and the probation list? Bomber, is your feelings at this time to not go forward with the deal because of the stain that is very important to you? I am just hoping for a way to make peace with you two. We could give our opinions all day but that will not help with a solution. Edit....sorry, I guess as I was posting this, others posted similar statements and both parties stated their current position at the same time.

You should let us know who it is so no one else sells to them (in theory). November is a really long time to be waiting for payment.

I'm just happy I was able to keep you from getting "taken for a ride". And I totally appreciate it! Personally, I love that this board follows and holds scammers accountable for their actions.

I didnt think I could nominate him because technically I was never out any money and he did as I asked him. I will type him about not sending out the penny auction. As far as I am concerned no one should ever deal with him.
