A few new arrivals---

Rounding out my Cassaday s/s lot----

PLANETARY. Probably the only Warren Ellis title that I could stomach other then Authority and Stormwatch. I struggled through Transmet and much like CHEW...I just don't get it (sorry Jeff!) And the other stuff Ellis writes for Avatar....? But Planetary was just short of AWESOME. And the covers are inspired.

One of my favorite books from the bronze/copper era. Rom #1 CGC 9.8 signed AND sketched by Sal Buscema!

All 4 Signature Series? But of course! All white pages too. All but the 9.8 have perfect centering, but I dig the page quality on these bronze books myself. Centering only becomes an issue for me when it's an ugly back cover wrap sneaking around to the front.

One 9.8, two 9.6 and a 9.4. Booyah.

Two boxes arrived today---a big thank you to Joe Pierson who helped secure my Jim Lee/ Jeph Loeb HUSH Batman storyline on all issues since SDCC! Wrapped it up at NYC and they look killer, thanks JP! But this---and my Rom #1 with sketch by Buscema....rocked the Casba. White pages. 9.8 Key bronze book. BOOM. Goes the Dynamite. Checked census and good golly ms molly....there can be only one.

THAT, my friend, is frackin' awesome.

I was very surprised to find that not only is this book the only signature series, it's the only 9.8 on census, period. The under copy is a lone 9.2 universal.

Is that my copy or yours? Not yours. Your books are heading for encapsulation. These were my fast tracks.

My last sub was a 9.6 s/s O'Neil and Grell, about 2 years ago.

Time for me to get this thread back on track! Only 9.8 s/s on census, only white pages would make this perfect. Awesome centering though---took me several subs over 8 years to get a 9.8
