  1. Hugho Weaving's signature does pop here --the scan unfortunately doesn't do it justice.
  2. Alex Saviuk sketch, not Romita...need a new label! Doesn't look like Stan signed it either, although he was supposed to
  3. Don't be fooled...the sigs do stand out very well...the scan and the foil blows out on the scan.
  4. Rich Great Book! Any chance this might come up for sale or trade? Yep....always.
  5. all signed and slabbed. All 9.8 the only difference was some were signed Purple, some red, I think one silver.
  6. Rich, how did you ever find a 9.8!!!!! You are the man! I found SEVEN of them! ordered directly from Rue Morgue up in Canada, the nice lady hand picked eight of the best copies they had. Seven came back 9.8 Still got a couple left if you're looking.
  7. Part of my continuing quest for MTU in s/s
  8. Nice purple sig---these came out so tight.
  9. don't remember if I ever posted this one or not... The only RIBIT #1 in signature series by creator Frank Thorne. One yellow and one blue label on census.
  10. Seriously...HOW does he DO IT? :hail: thecollector (damn his eyes!)
  11. Nice book! Wish it were mine. I think I will steal it. The cat will let me in, Steve. Don't bother getting up.
  12. James, that is a great book! And really nice sig placement too. I dare say I will probably go after one of my own this year. Thanks for the inspiration! I don't see enough of those silver age spideys!
  13. The Bolland books...both INVISIBLES look like the only graded copies at all, blue or yellow. Judge Fish on JD 10, probably my favorite cover in the series.
  14. Ummm....I saw Ken at three different shows this year... Right. This was the first time he'd been to conventions / shows in years. I didn't say it was the only show he'd been to THIS year. Or at least that's what he told me in NYC.
  15. In 1994, Mignola did the covers to the DC Comics Annuals, using that "Elseworlds" theme. I tried to do a set of all those covers this year, but couldn't find high grade copies of any but the following two. Both the only s/s cps to date on census.
  16. HULK #294 (granted, not high grade, but still the only s/s and the only Ken Steacy HULK book)
