I would say at least half of the books in the Pedigree auction ended with no bids or not meeting reserve. I'm too lazy to go through all the pages, but I'd be curious of what percent actually sold. I just went thru it. 324 of 595 books didnt sell. 54.4% didnt hit reserve or no bids because the starting bid was so damn high. I know ive argued about this with Doug and can somewhat understand his "this isnt Comiclink where books sell for pennies on the dollar" argument but it just doesnt seem like a good business model to me when you allow reserves to be set so freaking high that over 54% of the books dont sell Agreed, it's not an auction when more than half the books don't sell. Just list them in the market place or on eBay. Silly
