Blocked because he stole my book (modern book of course) USER sk7444 he is a buyer and a seller Lee Martin from Hinckley Leicestershire Opened a case because he "didn´t received my item" when the item was in customs . I had to refund . The book is now delivered and he didn´t contacted me to let me know the item arrived

After years of selling at Ebay i see a clear pattern : most of problems are from modern book buyers - They think NM is = 9.8 so even if you clearly describe your book as a 9.4 they will not be happy if they don´t get a 9.8 - They make impulsive purchases , because some stupid youtuber made a top 10 list, so expect non payments - If they purchase from you the flavor of the week lets say for $40 and next week its a $20 or less book , they will be angry at you and make everything to return it - They are extremly impatient because they want their book to be graded to resell or to be signed in some stupid con but they don´t want to pay the cost for an express shipping service The less i sell modern books the more happy i am

My submission received at CGC january 26 has still not being opened . Customer tells me that they are already searching for it...

And they always give you obvious unhelpful information that you already have like: "I see that your package was marked as received on friday 26" "You will be able to track your submission when its opened"

My submission is still not opened since friday 26. Already contacted customer care few times . A few days ago they replied me to contact them today (wednesday) if it wasn´t opened i just contacted them and they are telling me to wait until monday . They say they have a big volume because of the Megacon but i been checking this thread since my submission was delivered and i see that the estimated time to open a package was around 2 days... I told them this and they are telling me now that vintage tier is the slowest , anyway i will contact them monday and see what happens

Already wrote to submissions two days ago and no reply yet . I also posted it yesterday at "Ask CGC" but also no reply. I will try monday again

I am getting tired of the youtubers. "I found two more" . We already understand no need for another stupid video

Problem is that when CGC gets a reholder order they don't open the platic sleeve so they can't really see the book from inside to verify its complete , if it has MJ insert or whatever. They will probably solve this issue by adding something in the plastic sleeve.
