  1. Speaking of Klyntar-associated variants heating up.....

:gossip: Superior Carnage #1 Checcetto has been seeing upward movement all week as has the #2 Garres variant (personally prefer the nastiness of the #1 though).

Don't see these auctioned off very often. Wonder if the seller will actually allow this one to play out. hm

Hah, and a mere 13 years ago people were scoffing at this selling for $500!

$500 13 years ago probably equals $1500 today? Wild guess of course.

  3. His Zatanna run was pretty short, only 5 issues, so that doesn't help.

14 is the only one that is kind of meh.

11, 13, 15 and 16 are all terrific with 15 probably being the most popular.

It's a perfect counter piece to Powergirl #2.

Agree, 14 is not on par with the other AH! covers in this run.

  4.

Well....I think what lethal_collector means was the list here on the Boards was the first attempt (that I have at least seen) to quantify and rank the books in any meaningful way. Yes CBSI went out to 100, but you'll notice that the list pretty much falls apart anyway after the first 15 or so books due to the inherent volatility in the variant market (which is why we kept it at 12 here to only catalogue the "best of the best"). But CBSI obviously took its cues from the list on the Boards.

I assume you took cues from then from their Top 10 and Variant Heat Check topics which first started in Feb. 2015? Oh, they mimicked that based on the old Wizard Top 10. But even before that Overstreet had a top list by age. But yes, you were the first to do a comic list.

    :screwy:

    :foryou:

Didn't say anything about all comics lists in general.

Ranking all time modern variants based on value, no, I don't see where that has been done before publicly..

(Different than a weekly variant "heat check" or monthly "Top 10".) (thumbs u

    Oh snap.

  5. Shop A order 85 copies of Tacoboy #1 [gets 3 1:25s, 1 1:50, and 1 1:75]

    Shop B orders 74 copies of Tacoboy #1 [gets 2 1:25s, 1 1:50, and 0 1:75.

Shop A and B total equals 159 copies of Tacoboy #1. That means there should be two 1:75s, 3 1:50s, and six 1:25s.......but lets look at the scenerio a lil closer.
