I thought there were only #1 issues in the Windy City Collection...what's a TEC 20 doing there?

I don't quite know how Cap_FFreak will get off this list, as there is no one to pay to make the deal right at this point. Maybe if he donates money to charity....or helps an old lady across the street, or volunteers in an elderly home for a week.... Come to think of it, I have no idea how anyone can get off the list at this point. I just know how people get on there. Mantra time... Make good on your deals......treat people fairly, and communicate.

who did cap freak stiff? According to the kudos he's buying up the joint which sickens me as obviously this whole thread means nothing as people are dealing with him. I guess money beats principle everytime here. I backed out of a dealwith ComicDey. Those 2 purchases were planned begore 10/11 and I did not wanted to get reported to this list again soI paid for them as planned. Just to be clear, the comics that Cap_FFreak had from me were not paid for at any time by Cap_FFreak. I was frustrated as I had already sold one of the book to Deamentia in my sales thread, but Cap_FFreak said he wanted it, so Deamentia and I said no problem. Cap_FFreak told me that he had bought one on ebay for .99 cents and when I pm'd about payment on the other comic at a later date, he indicated that he'd bought one from another boardie. This was later recanted by Cap_FFreak and he started an apology thread. I have since sold the comics to another board member. Cap_Freek is not on my bad guy list, but hopefully has learned to make good on his transactions and will make good on future purchases Everyone can take the information for what it is and deal with those you choose.......Cheers

I'd be bummed if I was on the list, as there are some really great sellers that don't want the hassle of a non paying bidder, or a deal gone sour........just my 2 cents.

In my opinion, if you're on the list, you shouldn't be able to post in this thread I agree. Especially if you didn't even write your own letter of apology. im all ears me too...

You were good on your word, and I appreciate that. Now what am I going to do with a MO that's written out to you? Guess I'll wait until you have something else to sell. I overpaid for mine too even with the partial refund. but the misgrade was much worse. The ones he's selling now ....who knows.

very true...and getting taken for any money or just dealing with non paying buyers or bad sellers just isn't fun....little $$ or not, it's the principle of the matter.

Even though it was annoying and cap ffreak backed out of buying two different comics from me....by your definition, it isn't a month long wait in transaction etc. and I did tell him "whatever", so does he really belong on this list, or some other covert list for those that back out. He's not the first to back out from buying a comic from me. I think it's up to the seller to either let the deal go away, or to raise his voice and say pay up or shut up. In this case I said "whatever". So?
