  1. Nothing has been announced yet. He recently twitted something about the Big 2 and how that is no longer the mountain top of the industry, that creators can get paid more at publishers like Image. Maybe a little insight to his thought process. I'm hoping for a Skottie Young route for Ottley... Covers for the big 2 and doing his own passion project(s). Also hopping for a team up with Mark Millar.
  2. Anyone like board games? Miniature based table top games? There is a Kickstarter going on right now based on the AMC The Walking Dead show. Check it out. Walking Dead No Sanctuary
  3. I will be throwing something across my living room if this ends in a cliff hanger... just have to pick the item and target. Stay tuned.
  4. I AGREE and will be very upset if thats how things turn out this Sunday. One thing you didn't mention is that I feel the idea to wait until next season to find out who dies via Negan's bat is a shameful ploy to get higher ratings for next seasons premiere. They can make much higher profit sell ad space for a 90 minute (Im guessing) premiere if millions will be turing in to see the guaranteed death of a main character. Just look at what they did with Glenn under the dumpsters this season.... UGH! I respectfully disagree with you both.. here's why: When Negan first showed up in the comic, he kills Glenn and we hated him for it. We immediately wanted revenge. It's all we cared about. We wanted Negan dead. Rick tries, time and time again, to exact that revenge but Negan out-does him every time. Eventually we realize that we're dealing with a far more adept 'bad-guy' than we've ever have before. We start to learn more about Negan and we realize that he has his reasons for doing what he does. For many of us, he is now our favorite character. He went from being the character I hated the most, to being my favorite. That's a pretty impressive turn for a 'villain' to make. If Negan kills one of our favorite characters this Sunday, it will be painful. However, we will have 6 months for our rage too cool and our pain to heal. Whereas, if he kills on Sunday, but we don't know who.. We'll spend 6 months living in tension. And then when the season premier hits, we'll see that death. We'll lose that character, we'll crave that revenge, and we'll have 8 weeks of episodes to watch Rick try to obtain it and fail miserably. I feel it's important, for Negan's character development, that we don't lose any of our 'anger momentum' after he kills whoever it is that he will kill. Agree to disagree....
  5. I have a WD Michonne and want to trade it for the Negan. PM me.

  7. Hey Invincifans! I had to stop in and share my new CGC book. Those of you that know me know that I am a huge Invincible fan, my favorite series overall. I have a full comic run with most of them signed by Ottley and/or Kirkman. This year at New York Comic Con I submitted my #1 for grading and have had my fingers crossed for 4 months waiting to see what grade I would get. Needless to say I am very happy! I am now the happy owner of 1 of the 30 CGC 9.8 Signature Series in existence! And for reference... the current CGC census.
  8. Hey TWD fans! I attended a signing tonight at a local NYC shop for the release of "The Private Eye" hard cover by the crew from PanelSyndicate.com (Bryan K Vaughn, Marcos Martin, Muntsa Vicente). As you may or may not know, "The Private Eye" is a digital comic by BKV and Martin that was never going to be printed but, as the story goes, Robert Kirkman and Image really wanted to print it. BKV and Kirkman made an agreement, if Image can print The Private Eye then BKV can write a Walking Dead story for his Digital only website, Panel Syndicate. I ask about the project and they offered the following information. 1 - It will be available early next year. 2 - It will be written by Bryan K Vaughn with art and lettering by Marcos Martin. 3 - It will be in Black and White (bummer Vicente won't be coloring it) 4 - It will take place in the current time line and with current characters. 5 - It will be approximately 23-24 pages but Martin spoke up and said he is thinking of adding more pages. 6 - It will be presented in the website's wide screen formatting for easy reading on iPads and computers, etc. 7 - An announcement "approved by Kirkman" (they joked) is coming soon. I'm personally hoping for a Negan story, maybe an origin story!
  9. To those talking , don't watch it if you don't like it... (bet you keep watching)
  10. Can I offer an idea for the "Who will Negan Kill, Glenn or Daryl?" argument.... Glenn is a character from a comic that is creator owned, we know this. Daryl Dixon was created for the TV show and is, for lack of a better term, owned by AMC (not Robert Kirkman, Skybound or Image). Am I wrong? Why would AMC agree to kill-off their most popular AMC licensed character and the cash cow for their video games and action figures? I think the Negan/Lucille moment will stick to the source material.
  11. That's way cool! Love how they'll work the crossbow into the comics from the show. So backwards I love it! Agreed
  12. In regards to the F-word on AMC... I am predicting an edited version for TV and the unedited version with be available on DVD. DVD sales SKYROCKET!!!!!
  13. There is an issue in the comic series (I forget which issue exactly, and maybe there has been more then one by now) that has no Walkers in the entire issue. Are we going to see this in the TV series, an episode without walkers?
  14. "He only want if they are willing." The hints begin! I can't wait to see my favorite Walking Dead character on the small screen!
  15. Im hoping we get a hint at the Saviors and Negan tonight?
