Ya, I agree that I was too harsh and like 4.0 to 4.5 better. 5.0 is pushing it. It's really pretty regardless.

My nearest lcs will put anything on the while, it sometimes seems. But not a lot of interest cycles through there, typically. That might change after they acquired a decent SA collection recently. The owner’s son made an event of it and moved a fair amount of books. Hopefully, that druma up some more books of interest and gets intersting stuff on the wall. And yes, they had for a long time the obligatory She-Hulk #1.

I really don't feel confident discerning among the lower grades, so with that disclaimer, I'm calling it a 3.0 because of the split and accumulation of faults. But it's a nice copy that I'd love to have, presents quite nicely.

Historically, this one has always been just ComicLink. More boardies seem to frequent that one.
