  1. Many of you have seen my recent sales as I shrink the size of my collection. After a stint in the hospital, I find myself even more indifferent to some of these. But that's good for you as I've been unloading these at attractive prices. To start, this is a small batch of high grade Miller Dad's, all raw but one. All right, you early birds, first pickings for you.
  2. I accept PayPal or Zelle. I ship USPS Priority AT COST, to be determined by weight. No reprobates, no hall of shame infamous types. Facial masks optional. First take it wins. Returns accepted at your shipping cost if dissatisfied, at my cost if misgraded. Have fun, say hello, buy cool books.
  3. I will take this if you can wait until end of the month.
  4. Hey guys, I had a fun week at the hospital on an unexpected vacation. A bit of pandemic advice for anyone out there who is particularly stubborn. Stay the eff away from hospitals right now. That was an eye opener. I am doing a lot better, warm wishes to everyone. I have messaged @comicstockand will close this thread for now. Well I can't find the close button on this browser and device. So yeah, open for now.
  5. The comics! The list is in the first post, with grades. Here are pics. I have been very busy of late, both at home and work. I am only recently making some gains with my back, and even folding laundry can wear my back and neck out sometimes. So I am moving as fast I can under the circumstances. That said, ask questions, and I will answer the best I can, or add more photos. Some of these have a name stamp on the front cover. You will see it. "Lois Stewart" took care with placement and application, usually stamping her name neatly on a background era with a solid color. Click images for larger pics. Happy bidding!
  6. What's on the auction block? Twenty-one Dell Lone Ranger comics, including issue #1, a deslabbed universal 6.5 copy with OWW pages. Open the spoiler tags to see to see the list of comics and their grades. What's the BIN price? This small collection cost me a touch over $1,000.00 USD to assemble. These will come in the E Gerber Mylites and Full Backs, unless you don't want them in order to reduce shipping weight. I will put the BIN at $750.00 USD. Once an initial bid is placed, as detailed below, the BIN is voided and the auction underway. How does bidding work? Bidding starts at $100.00 USD. Bids must be in whole dollars and in $5.00 increments. No take backs. No edits. This is a three-day auction, so you have plenty of time to consider the purchase. Bidding ends at 10p EST, Sunday, Dec 13. In the case of a tie, whichever bidder appears first in the thread with the same time stamp as any other subsequent bidders wins the lot. How does shipping work? The comics themselves, in their bags and boards, weigh 5-1/2 lbs. I will package these with care because what a letdown to have these damaged in the mail, right? So shipping USPS Priority from Nashville, TN, to you West Coasters could cost around $30.00. I am happy to work with you on this, but shipping costs are on you. Canadian buyers, too, must assume the full cost of shipping and handling. Who can bid or buy? You! That's right, you! But not him, or her. Those two are reprobates, long time fixtures in the Hall of Shame. Only the unsullied among us may bid or buy. What are terms of payment? I accept Zelle, btc, or PayPal Goods and Services. Payment is expected with 48 hours of auction close. After that, I can shame you, forgive you, forgive myself, and then relist these as I see fit. What is the return policy for this auction? No returns unless something is grossly wrong. I am happy to take additional photos, answer questions, remove comics from their bags and check for pet peeves. But a lot like this going back and forth between buyer and seller is no good. Buy it because you want it and you can afford it. I intend to put this cash into action, so if you have any issues with the lot, let me know within 3 days of receiving it, as indicated by USPS Tracking.
  7. These went out the door yesterday, all. #staysafe #happycollecting
  8. What Timeless are left? What page do they start on? Thanks.
  9. Irving's a great buyer with a good eye. I'm happy to transact again with him anytime.
  10. Okay, I've cleaned up the thread and will re-sort comics here shortly. Then I'll weigh them with boxes and send you all info.
  11. Okay, whew, that's really it. Other than these four runs I want to finish (high grade Star Wars, high grade Weird War Tales, high grade Witching Hour, Sea Devils, and GA Lone Ranger), no more GA or SA, with only a handful of late Bronze valued under $20, left in the boxes. I love my modern Allred, Francavilla, and Alex Ross comics though. Thanks, all. This will add a few finishing touches on the living room. I appreciate all you buyers, and wish everyone out there a happy holiday, even you scrooges. I will invoice tomorrow. I have these stacked by buyer already, so I will clean up the thread later and double check the stacks before invoicing.
