  1. I accept PayPal or Zelle. I ship USPS Priority AT COST, to be determined by weight. No reprobates, no hall of shame infamous types. Facial masks optional. First take it wins. Returns accepted at your shipping cost if dissatisfied, at my cost if misgraded. Because this is nice, desirable stuff, I'm not selling this in the last gas shop like my last thread. That said, I still intend to sell these at attractive prices, just not rock bottom. Have fun, say hello, buy cool books.
  2. Ya, I empathize with a lot of this, too. I have bought and sold so much, collected with little restraint at times, made financial mistakes, then defined and redefined my collection numerous times. With the current global health crisis, especially as it is playing out where I live, I am quite content collecting contemporary artists like Francesco Francavilla, Michael Allred, and Alex Ross. We have made several financial moves to improve our home and lives as winter's onset approaches: we became a one-car family, we took advantage of a CARES provision to move money, and I have sold practically all my GA and SA books, and most of my BA, too, to make home improvements while leaving other monies alone. Through all the years of manic collecting and buying and selling, and then financial upheaval as I became a first-time parent in my 40s, changed careers after two decades, my enthusiasm has waxed and waned. Right now, I could sell all my comics without batting an eye if we needed it, and I find myself extremely picky about what I'm willing to spend fun money on. Even so and as others have noted, interests don't have to be all-consuming all the time, if at all. Letting "serious" collecting take a back seat while I ride out the pandemic is an easy decision. I subscribed to the clz database and really like it. I look forward to cataloging my collection over the winter. My goal is a curated collection that represents my interests and respects my my other priorities in life. Peace out, folks, stay safe, happy collecting. (☞゚ヮ゚)☞
  3. Everything is already gone, and mostly shipped. I'll close this again to avoid confusion.
  4. I have gotten a lot of questions about this one. I wasn't planning to sell it, but hey, the painter is coming this Saturday at 7a and we have things to buy. This one isn't being discounted. It's hard to find and a really gorgeous composition. This copy has rich hues and colors, but you should notice the crease that runs diagonally from his right shoulder to his left hip. I find the comic quite attractive still, even though I would usually pass over a copy with a crease like that. $125 shipped. Thanks.
  5. Officer, I swear, I use it for weighing comics! Shipping first batch tomorrow.
  6. As someone who just sold a bunch of comics here, no, no you don't need to stop hanging out here Also, nice score, and a good price too
  7. I will mark this closed so as to respect other sales threads. Thanks, guys. We moved some money around recently to work on the house, and this thread will let us add some nice finishing touches to the living room as we settle on for covid winter.
  8. Now I do not have an excuse for finishing my high grade raw Weird War Tales. After that, Witching Hour. And Star Wars. See, that's why I sold all this stuff. Even without it, I have an incomplete collection. First world problems, I ain't ashamed.
  9. Whew, that's it. I'm pooped and dinner is cooking. I will be back later to clean up. I anticipate sending out invoices this weekend. Thanks again, all, happy collecting
