  1. Nice ! Wise decision. You wont see another 9.8 of this issue anytime soon. .
  2. Since the assumption is both have same grade, I would take the white page copy. If both white pagers then the second copy would be my choice since nice colors make this book pop!
  3. There are a few other Skywald titles you might be interested in such as Tender Love Stories, Jungle Adventures, Butch Cassidy, The Sundance Kid, Wild Western Action, Blazing Six Guns and The Heap.... definitely obscure and all short titles.
  4. Didn't know this made it to a 3 part comic. I'll have to find some copies. Never quite sure what to make of this movie in its day. Cult classic now but i used to watch the original 1936 serial in the mid-70's and it was a fun original show. It must have been truly amazing for people to watch something so futuristic in those early days of sci-fi on the screen.
  5. Second owner of this copy, I got it perhaps a year after original release. Bought it from a man confined to a wheelchair and selling his stuff at a local flea market. He would have small runs of Marvel comics he read and then sold them. He would show up weekly and have another title he was selling. At a time when no back issue stores existed in my area it was a great find! Seems like a lifetime ago.
  6. It does. They are listed as "Spotlight" The first issue has 16 total graded copies. Not very much for a 1978 first issue of a Marvel comic.
  7. Brother Billy, The pain from plains #1? 1978 (magazine)
  8. I think they are released in same month, but obviously Frank Himself would have corrected this a long time ago if it was inaccurate. Also Twilight Zone 84 has no published credits, he is tentatively credited with the three-page story "Royal Feast" and the writer is unknown..
  9. I agree and said almost same thing a little further down on posts.... keep in mind Avengers 3 is considered a cameo (3 panels). That could have some bearing on importance of order?
  10. Her father in the show is Abdul Faoul and he had the scarab and then she got it back. She is a sort of hybrid. Her name is Layla El-Faouly. Probably to give the show a female hero. Pretty common with the tv and movie versions to change some of the original representation.
  11. In the Invaders of the 1940's/50's the Scarab is Abdul Faoul. in Thor 326 it is his son (Mehemet Faoul) Scarlet Scarab 2.
