$60 is a reasonable value. They claim the book is high grade and "like new" if the buyer sends it in to CGC for grading they will be very disappointed.

Still only 35c Marvel Comics

Those are all tough to find in good shape. Looking at this books numerous color breaking spine creases and blunted corner issues etc. I would say you made a good decision. Anyone here think this is a VF+? I dont.

Bronze age comics that are heating up on eBay...

This book definitely sells well in any condition raw or graded. Spidey Super Stories 25 1st appearance of Web-Man. Don't buy this copy on Ebay. It has a pen mark in the comics code box. -
Finally found an upgrade for my 9.0. Not the ideal spine but it's the first copy I have ever seen in this grade. One of 2 copies graded and none higher. Comments are wrong. This copy should also say Dave Stevens art, Alex Toth cover and art. Newer slabs have the right documentation. Appearances by Space Ghost and The Herculoids. First and only at Marvel? And Dynomutt and Blue Falcon.

There are some interesting things like that with this run, for example Groot has a Humor Page in issue 8. Any sort of Groot appearance is pretty rare in those days. -

No. just what's easily searched. Could be fakes and they look like it. As you pointed out very few are chasing these as CGC graded books in either Gold Key or Whitman and only one registry set. That isn't much help either.
-
They exist but very scarce. Good luck with your search.

In the early days of CGC I bought and resold the only CGC 9.9 of this issue. Not surprising it's still the only copy with that grade.. Then and now I am still impressed by its "Mint" designation. -
