what is that supposed to mean? Cool books: Some people would crash through a bus full of children and step on their mother's throat to buy a book from the devil and sell it to Hitler. This is a community. When someone shows a complete lack of disregard for this community, you don't do business with them. There are some though that don't care about principles or this place - it's all about "cool books." If they see a good deal, they'll deal with losers and dirtbags. i have gone out of my way every time someone has said anything about me because I hold my reputation in this place in high regard, and my reputation anywhere in high regard. I have much respect for the senior members of this board and this board in general. To insinuate that i dont care is asinine, ignorant, and arrogant. Why else would i be sitting here responding to empty allegations when I could be watching "Dude you're Screwed" right now???

How did he rob you of $500? Did he get your items and convince you to send him a refund? Maybe he was switching banks... He opened a case with paypal saying they were not as decribed, then coerced me into refunding him. so i guess yes. That bank statement is not funny. Bank of America recently (this past month) did away with their E-Checking account. so thousands of people switched banks.

why would someone be frowned upon? lets just put it out there and be done with it. most of you dont like me because when i first got here i was lowballing the **** out of people. So besides the low balling (which i have apologized for many times but no one ever provides links to) I have never wronged anyone on this forum. Have never done anyone dirty. All the haters are all wrong about me, and its all becoming pretty obvious. Is anyone gonna come out and say they were wrong or apologize? i wont hold my breath

You replied to allegations of shilling by claiming that a posse of friends of a disgruntled shop owner that you irritated decided to hack the net and troll your eBay listings. And that somehow by cancelling all current bids and simply relisting the items was proof that you were honest and just a victim. You are just another one of the unflushables, that for whatever reason, this board simply cannot rid itself of. Again, time is a flat circle. i said thats the only thing i can think of because I dont recognize those accounts. Once I blocked them (something i had never done up untill that point) there was no more issues with non paying bidders. No one mentioned that I had problems with those 2 accounts not paying for 3 sets of auctions before I was accused. You are assuming that i made those claims. I never said anyone hacked into anything. I was never "caught" I was accused. I never apologized for it because i never did it. Every auction that was "suspected" of having shill bidders was canceled and relisted and went on with no problem (and you know people were monitoring it on here) does anyone talk about that? or even recognize it? a few of them sold to 0 feedback accounts, the very accounts that were accused of being possible shills....... I never canceled those transactions, i switched banks and paypal didnt revert to the new account. And rather than have scott and doug wait for new e checks, i sent them cashiers checks so there would be no wait. In the case of rich i never had the books till after the cashiers check was deposited. Doug and scott have both confirmed I am good peoples. that stuff about 4comix is absurd just like all the other accusations about me, please go back to your harry potter worlds and live your fantasies there

Maybe because you rub people the wrong way here. I'm sure you're a decent enough guy but your track record in the comic book community (evidence of eBay shilling, had to be called out in the PL thread to make amends, etc) suggests otherwise. 100% of my dealings have gone successfully does anyone ever bring that up? no because it does not help their argument. when i was "accused" of shilling and my sound system sold to a 0 feedback bidder did anyone bring that up? no, because it did not help their argument.

I had to pick up my cousin from work so I was using my phone to see what was going. Just got back. Another board member told me I was being accused of having this up for sale on IG. IF you people that are saying that actually looked at it first you would have seen that I posted it 3 DAYS AGO and it was ended more than 24 hours before posting this thread. I simply took it down to avoid confusion. I offer my IG followers awesome "instasales" for being followers and most previous customers. I did not get the price I was looking for so I moved it. I listed it with OBO so if you think the price is not fair than you can make an offer even though the last sale on GPA for a CGC 9.0 is $2500. Everyone that is crapping in my thread should be ashamed of themselves, talking about strikes, you should get strikes for what you did (I'm pretty sure that is against the rules). The label has been uploaded, my scanner sucks so I got it the best I could.

Careful with that sunlight so close to your books! I would either block out that window or get a much heavier curtain. You can get faded covers and tan pages in no time. Do the books have to be in direct sunlight to be affected? Or Does any sunlight entering the room affect the book? Doesn't the slab protect against UV rays to some degree? I knew Ollie wasn't even going to be a challenge for Ras, makes me realize just how nice the bats is, but I enjoyed the entire episode. I'm a sucker for this show I'm curious to know how he survives that treacherous fall with multiple stab wounds

Hey guys, I'm looking to do a (for me) large transaction with another board member, and am a bit hesitant to send off that much money without first getting some references. Understandable right? Is this the place to ask to people to post references, vouching for the seller, in an effort to make this somewhat public to the community so there is no tom-foolery?
