Go back and read, maybe then you will find I never shilled, I was accused . Then I did everything to cancel the bids and auctions in question. I never lied, I gave full disclosure about everything. If you don't like me keep your opinions to yourself.

As far as the sellers that backed out of the deals, I am never looking to nominate anyone to any list. I was curious to know if that was PL worthy, my real question was should I expect them to honor the deal since I have the cash in my hand to pay them right now and can send them cashiers checks as well. So with that said I will try to ask the question more clearly. The deals have already been made and I have PM's to prove them, should I expect the sellers to honor the agreement?

I dont use credit cards, I dont like using credit. Since I use my bank account Paypal offers a pay after delivery option. I switched bank accounts and removed my previous account from paypal, thinking they would just charge my new account that was on file. They take the money out of your account after 2 weeks after and put up the money for you if the total is under a certain amount. That was the case with Scott. With Rich it was a larger amount and the pay after delivery was not offered, so it was an Echeck that takes 5 days to clear, and again since the bank account that was used to pay the invoice was not on file, the system just canceled the payment. When it came time to debit the payment the bank account that was previously on file that was used during the payment of the invoice was no longer there, so they reversed/canceled the payment instead of just charging the new account that was on file. Instead of having Scott and Rich wait for a personal check to clear since they did not want to risk a paypal payment being reversed/canceled again, I sent them both cashiers checks via Priority with Signature Confirmation so they will get the payment ASAP. The notion of me not having the $ is not even possible otherwise I would not be able to make the cashiers checks, and reversing the charges my self for some nefarious reason is not even possible either considering the books that Rich is giving me, Punisher 1-5, Have you seen my avatar?!? The timing of them just happened to be at the same time which just makes it look worse for me. I completely comprehend how bad this looks which is why I am going above and beyond to get these guys their $, and also prove to everyone that is doubting of me that I am a man of my word.

The same rules should apply to everyone. Otherwise what is the point.

I don't know if it is "wrong" to keep the book, but you should return the book to the seller. The seller should reimburse you for the return shipping and that would truly be a "learning experience". You keeping the book is a bit much IMO. Just my

Cashiers checks have been sent to Doug and Rich, which they should both receive on Monday. They are the only 2 people whom transactions were reversed on that I did not notify and/or settle up with. I don't know why Harvey would say he knows of a third when there is none. This effected 2 of my recent purchases on the boards resulting in the sellers canceling on me for whatever reason, even after I offered to send money order/Cashiers Check to them so there was no confusion. This happened after the deal was made so I don't know if them backing out of the deal is PL worthy or if they do or don't have to honor the deal that was made. I understand that there have been instances of people pulling scams here before (I was a victim of one but got my money back) but there are also people who legitimately have an unforeseen or honest mistake happen and this is one of those unforeseen mistakes. There are plenty of people who can vouch for and my kudos thread is a perfect example. Even people that don't like me have to admit that I always keep my word. When Scott and Rich get their money I'm sure they will both chime in, also because they were the only 2 people effected by this

Not sure how that would be possible. Dscott is saying that he spoke to paypal and paypal shows a filed report by Hustruck. Unless someone filed the report on his behalf without his knowledge (which makes no sense) he has to know about the request at the very least. Right? I don't know. I've heard a lot of bad but, I believe he always pays. Rich Henn just had a huge paypal from Hustruck reversed as well. I know of a third person as well. at this point, anyone you paid recently that may have been or will be affected should be contacted immediately. This should have probably be done when the first issue came up This morning I notified everyone who I made payment to in the last 3 days

I always take the side of misunderstanding, thats why i'm not so quick to jump on the PL wagon. I resolved the issues that happened with me on here within hours, I hope other will do the same.

We had reached an agreement after I put down the flag he sent me PM saying the book was sold. I would think it is the second scenario

Once Dscott notified me of this issue I immediately contacted paypal and visited my bank to discover just what the problem was. Once we the bank manager discovered what happened, I immediately notified Dscott to explain to him just what happened and how I intended to rectify the situation. I dont want to get into it on here, but suffice to say it was a bank/paypal error and I did not initiate it nor did I have anything to do with it. The first chance I got which was a half hour ago I jumped on a desktop computer and made new payment arrangements. Dscott will get cleared payment when the echeck clears and all will be back to normal. For those who went out of their way to try to disrespect my name (and you know who you are) I would appreciate it if you put the same effort into clearing what you have applied.

I did not open any claim and I didn't try to reverse any transaction. I have no idea what is going on. This is just as surprising to you as it is to me We will get to the bottom of this and I responded to your PM to speed up the process.
