Not sure why that’s funny……but you seem to be enjoying it.

I can’t access it from where I am but a kitchen sink or shotgun complaint is deemed too broad or too many repeated nested allegations when courts want you to use as few paragraphs as needed to save on time and costs. So, yeah, it’s a clerical dismissal if that’s what this is, the “without prejudice” part is the key one. It just has to be reformatted, sharpened, and refiled.
-
So there's a clerical dismissal ? That's the world's worst screen shot. Is that using a phone? A non-substantive dismissal, if that's what happened, is a reset. No time for a hearing or even full service I'd wager. I need to jump on pacer so I don't get vertigo trying to read it this way.
-
Don't leave anything to chance.
-
The day after it was filed? There hasn't even been a hearing set yet. I put the chances of that at ZERO and Absolute ZERO, but I think he needed three or four more emojis for proper joke identification.
-
He's talking about your post saying it's dismissed.....

At this point, I'd assume the books in custody are the safest they've been in a a while. That's how it is after a break in, scam, theft, etc. in every business. I'd call and speak to someone about your book and your concerns directly. It can't hurt. And if you're not satisfied with the answer you could ask for your book(s) back.

The "SS Brand" to many collectors centered around the "Sig" part of SS...the grade has almost nothing to do the value of the service. The sketch cover collectors maybe it means more, but the SS service existed long long before sketch covers and for truly rare signatures, the witnessed nature of the sig carries 99% of the value, and the grade is almost entirely immaterial. Additionally, the yellow label is a type of "qualified" label. The book is graded "But for" the writing and drawing all over it. And the yellow indicates that the sketch and sig have been witnessed. Because ANY book that's written on and drawn on has a reduced grade but having a qualified grade under a yellow label allows for the "Burning" you dislike as it's apart from the underlying "But For" grade.

I didn't expect the ending, but after thinking about what I sat through...it was perfect to me. -

I think that's why, when there's that bunker scene in "Leave the World Behind" and you see the wall of DVD's, CD's and Physical Media of all kinds it provides the audience with an unintended and unexpected sense of relief and comfort. Because rentals and subscriptions and clouds never really have the same permanence when it's really boiled down. -

That pantless Duck is NEXT!! -
Actually, that's not why that's there. When a plaintiff is seeking relief that includes the seizure of defendant's property as a part of the preliminary injunction and before final decision in the case the plaintiff has to demonstrate that they have not publicized the motion as it could be seen as an unfair use of the situation to damage the defendant(s) before the final disposition of the case. Basically, they are asking the court to impound and seize the books and any other materials in question to stop the ongoing damage to their brand and business and they have not sought to use the filing of this seizure and injunction request to damage the defendants on a preliminary request that comes before any final decisions are made by the court on the underlying complaint at law. That's also why they are willing to provide security as a part of the seizure request in case the underlying case results should the defendants prevail.

They made parachutes into PANTS....and....they solved the worldwide crisis of QUICKSAND during the 80's, as it was never seen as a plot point in TV or film again. -

When I tell my kids that when I was a child that I was the remote control (every kid born in the 60's and 70's knows what I mean) and we had 4 channels and UHF as entertainment....they start looking for homes that will take me for my elder care. -

Since the first Caveman bashed in the skull of his first mate and then kept the club as a memento of his young love.....humans have been thinking that. It has less to do with the world or future not being as good in coming days but that we won't be there, young and in bloom with working body parts, to enjoy it. It's more inward than external. We could have flying cars, Jenna Jameson fembots, and Roddenberry replicators and people would still look back to childhood. "The Human Condition" I think it's called and it's older than dirt (some of that dirt are likely our ancestors). -
All this time...I didn't realize what my playing cards were missing by not having their own theme music.
