Yup true story. I passed on that one since every other copy including the NYCC cover A, Phantoms, etc were readily available [on Thursday morning] at the 215 Ink booth on a 2 for $5 deal.

Might give 'em a buzz and see if I can get a sneak peak at my grades report.

I agree for the most part. I'm pretty selective with the ones I get since there are so many. It's both a blessing (due to the great artwork) and a curse (due to the amount made -- especially with Marvel's current method of pimping out #1s with a minimum of 4 variants). Some are the price of a classic key, which is ridiculous. Took the boardie advice and called, glad I did. Looks like book was accidentally subbed as a MST but the real kicker is that the other book showing Graded today will be another 3-4 weeks before shipped.

Yup just a regular fast track. I'll give it to the end of the week and call then. Figured it'd take a while since it's right around SDCC season but still only one book vs. 20 in my MST.

I gotta say I felt the same way. I'm not sure why but I completely lost interest with the book halfway through. Story seemed ok and the artwork wasn't terrible but I was just not into it... pity since I had hope for this one.

+1... I've been to a few shows since the announcement and I rarely [if ever] see any RQ books on shelves or in long boxes. If I happen to check out a LCS on a whim I can usually luck into a pair of issues.

I'd be all over that... this is among the best moderns out there.

That 25.99 looks like a BIN price; auction ended less than a hour of listing. good pick-up for the buyer. This auction hit my saved items list but I followed up on it a tad bit too late as well. Congrats to the buyer and boo on the seller. There's a ton of cash left on the table on this one.
