do we need more?

It was hard to wade through the posts to see it, but some people wanted actual pm/screen caps and such from you since you're the main nominator. If you could provide those, it would make his nomination a lot easier what do you want to see to help? we texted back and forth I have no problem at all sharing that conversation if that helps? you can also go on 4comix Instagram page and see more stories? I'll do what ever helps... is there a way to extract a whole conversation off an iPhone? or is multiple screen shots and piecing them together the only way? thanks

i don't get it? we're all willing to over look his shady actions based on technicalities? that's foolish ... there's countless stories on here about his buisness ethics, he hasn't even attempted to deny any of them because they are all true and he knows it. I posted a post about him on Instagram and about 10 more stories popped out the woodwork with in 10 mins. I'm new to the boards in a sence I don't post much but I run multiple businesses so I'm not new to dealing with people and money. Guys like him no matter what list you make or put him on are cancers and if not cut out immediately will spread, by allowing him to Wiesel out of the HOS on a technicality your encouraging other wiesels to take a shot at shady tactics. as I was once told on the boards "time is a flat circle" if you allow him back your opening pandoras box and history will repeat. just my 2 cents now back to the Cowboys game ?

here's a great hustrucked story ... a guy on IG put up a post "for sale nm98, nm89, GSX1, asm300 need money to pay for a surgery for my dog" hustruck low balled him for all the books... the guy said no... hustruck then went on his feed and hit "claimed" so everyone else backed off... he then. (hustruck this is) put up a post about how this guys a scam, I hope his dog dies, no one deal with him. I reached out to the guy as there's always 2 sides to a story... the guy said hustruck was trying to low ball him and he told him repeatedly NO... I then bought all his books in at a great price and hustruck bombed me with messages DEMANDING I sell them for what I paid ??? he's legit nutzo (you can see the dialog in my "shame" post on IG ... was very funny but just thought the story was so much like Harvey I had to post it Wow. That's just something else... Why would you agree to purchase anything from him after that, let alone a four figure book? I honestly thought he was giving me a sweet heart deal to make up for all the slime he threw my way...but it was another cloud of BS

As I understand it, you had expected to buy a book and tried to set up a meeting, which he declined, and then claimed (falsely, it appears) that the slab was damaged and broke off contact. And you have not heard from him since, is that correct? yes... I claimed the book, made arrangements to meet up because he wanted cash... kept getting the run around. Then a week later got the fake cracked case pic and told another story, I nominated him for probation... got a bunch of txts (gave him my number to meet and exchange for the book) and noones heard from him since... no Instagram, never read my PM, no boards ??

No response ? still says unread...but i know he knows...he txt me to ask me to recind my nomination of him...I told him no problem meet me with e book and it's done but as you can all see now the pic of the case was a fraud, the books on someone else ebay listing so I really can't figure out why he even did this? What was to gain? Maybe he thought I would send cash? and again I'm sorry for getting frustrated with some board members ...I'm not new to collecting as anyone on IG knows but I am new to the boards...I really only buy, sell, trade...and being accused of being hustruck is downright disrespectful but no more guns blazing I come in peace

Very understandable, when he read the kudos rules, he fell asleep over the paragraph that says we can ONLY leave positive Kudos;) 4comix, not to get you riled up again, but everyone has positive kudos, even people who seem to get in trouble like hustruck. The probation thread and here are where you will find less positive statements. now that I didn't know I thought you leave good or bad depending on how the deal went.... what's the point of ONLY POSSITIVE feedback??? seems like that defeats the purpose? no? the whole point of feedback is to get good and bad deals on to get a handle on what type of person that your dealing with... leaving ALL POSSITIVE feedback seems foolish

Did you send him a separate PM advising him that you were going to nominate him if he didn't fulfill what he promised? It seems like you were just advised to do that a little while ago and it cannot be 3 days yet. yes sent him a PM... it's been over a week... and he already told me he returned to book to the person he bought it from so not much left... he can't obviously give me my book if he gave it away ?

If someone hypothetically had a shill and "nominated themself" for the PL via the shill, it would be easy to subsequently have the shill "remove themself" from the PL by claiming that the situation had been resolved to the shill's satisfaction...and in the process, making it more convincing that the shill is not really a shill after all. You post here saying you're nominating HusTruck for the PL, and explaining why. Then you send him a PM in a new PM thread telling him he's been nominated. After 72 hours, if he hasn't sufficiently defended himself, on the list he goes. DONE! just did it ?

I nominate Hustruck for PL HERES WHY: I agreed to buy his Incredible Hulk 181 cgc 9.0 cert# 1174247002 ... we agreed to a price... he asked to be paid in cash... I was uncomfortable given his reputation here so I have friends and family that live near him in Albany NY...there's where the lies started... ahh can't meet up, families in town... bad time got school work...hang tight going through a crisis... finally today I've had enough and asked where's the book (as I have friends walking around his home town with 2k cash waiting to meet to buy the book) finally today he says "I don't have the book, I bought it, it got shipped to me with a cracked case and the books damaged" I ask for a pic? ok so 1. can't tell what book that is 2. how's book damaged? that's ths label side? 3. why not offer me the book w case cracked? answer? because A he never had it and attempted to scam me or B sold it for more money elsewere ... either way guys like that don't belong here.
