  1. I really wish eBay would do something. The slab was an agreed to BIN price. Then the buyer said they couldn't pay. Like you said, the new auctions were all shilled.
  2. Google search: http://www.comiclist.com/index.php/lists/comiclist-new-comic-book-releases-list-for-06-15-2011-plain-text
  3. Yes, there were only about 4 listed when it hit its highs. Once people saw $700 I'm sure they said screw it and listed theirs. Now not only has the price come down, but shill bidders are in the mix. Wait until this initial wave of copies dries up and then we will see what the demand is. That's assuming Diamond doesn't drop 100 of them on the market in 6 months.
  4. I think it's just a bad wrap. Makes it look like the book is crooked.
  5. Every sale on eBay could be fake. Unless of course you are the buyer. I simply asked for proof of his claim. https://www.cgccomics.com/boards/topic/230751-moderns-that-are-heating-up-on-ebay/?do=findComment&comment=10431998
  6. BA 12 and NM 98 in 9.8 are up 90 day and 12 month. TWD is down on both, but I suspect that is going to trend up again with the movie announcements.
  7. Metropolis ships FedEx. They must charge shipping by weight. I have always been around $11. But it's been different every time. I have never been charged tax by them. Per BeachBum's info. it doesn't look like NY has that law yet.
  8. Because there is a chance they would get the $5k and disappear and be able to keep the money.
  9. How do you "bid up" a BIN? Which is what you claimed. Fake BIN pre-sales.
  10. Always liked 6 better. Jim Lee isn't a hot artist right now. Personally I don't like much of his new published work. If it was a Todd McFarlane cover I bet it would be worth more than $1-2.
  11. Posted this over in the Bronze a little bit ago. Before this the last sale was in 2014 and it was for $35!
  12. Moon Knight #25 9.8, 2014 = $35, 2018 = $650 https://www.ebay.com/itm/Moon-Knight-25-cgc-9-8-Marvel-1982-1st-appearance-of-Black-Spectre-MINT-WHITE-pg-/123470018777?nordt=true&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.m43663.l44720
  13. It has nothing to do with the current flavor variant. You said nobody is going to care about Spider Gwen and I stated they same was said about Deadpool.
  14. I know. Nobody cares about Wolverine or Deadpool either. Just like was said when they came about. Alright, I give. Just let me know where you got your sports almanac so I can get my copy too.
  15. DDOS? Have you seen their website? You mine as well say beep....boop...bork....deet...you've got mail!
  16. Are you trying to convince us or yourself?
  17. IG is and was not intended to be a platform for selling goods. On top of that, they receive no fees from said transactions, so there is very little incentive to make changes. I'm sure they are happy they are getting more users because then they can show advertisers they gaining accounts.
  18. 1. There is no way to tell if any eBay sale is legit unless you personally are the buyer. eBay is currently what sets the market for most comics on a day-to-day basis. 2. We will probably never know how many were printed. Although, being an independent publisher you may be able to find the right person to get you close. 3. First sale of 2018 was $2,300. Last sale was $1,900. Low in between was $1,730 and high was $2,500. Pretty normal fluctuation for a book of this price. Especially when you consider how many coupons eBay has put out this year.
