  1. Interesting, usually they don't print "First Print". If the printing is not listed that means it's the first. Or am I wrong?
  2. You mean the trailer for the web series that was supposed to be released in November? http://boundingintocomics.com/2017/09/27/exclusive-happened-ninjak-vs-valiant-universe-trailer-valiant-ceo-dinesh-shamdasani-tells/ Watch this interview. It shows basically why someone of Vin Diesel's caliber should not take this role. They don't know what they are doing and figuring this out and solving problems as they arise. And this is in working with Bat in the Sun who is not new to YouTube videos.
  3. Money, -script, budget, Dinesh is a producer on the movie, etc...
  4. I can understand that. Like I said, that's why I like file cabinets better.
  5. Can you imagine walking in a shop with 50 boxes and doing this for everyone? I like to go through everything a shop has. That's how I find the gems in hiding.
  6. Please to do business with again. Always a good buyer and easy to deal with!
  7. Pinterest doesn't have an open dialogue forum though, does it? Everything I've seen is that it's just photos.
  8. Yes, just make sure you export your list before con's. Most that I have been to don't have free wifi and cell service can be spotty.
  9. With the internet quickly changing pricing, I don't see how the Key Collector App is better than eBay. Does it aggregate current pricing? Social media platforms that have exploded for comic buying an selling are Facebook and Instagram. YouTube for comic hauls, news, commenting, etc...
  10. Looks like they are releasing the same cover this week, but it's not an incentive. The only difference is it doesn't have the NYCC logo on it.
  11. Magic Erasers are actually made of melamine foam, which has been used for decades as an insulation and soundproofing material. About 10 years ago, some smarty-pants discovered that melamine foam was also an effective abrasive cleaner! It works because when melamine resin cures into foam, its microstructure becomes almost as hard as glass — causing it to act like a SUPER-fine sandpaper on stains. The abrasive foam loosens up dirt and grime, and the open microstructure of the foam sucks it in and traps it there.
  12. Usually stores have them stacked 3-4 high. Makes pulling them out more difficult. Usually they start on the floor. Have to pull each one out individually and you can't pull it out the whole way obviously to see the stuff in the back. Then you have to hold the box with one hand, which limits browsing ability, while you're bent over. Just not a good system for retailers.
  13. I hate when shops have these. I'll look through a few, but that's about it. Probably fine for home use, but I like my vertical file cabinets.
  14. I'm sure that's for structural stability, not aesthetics.
  15. Thanks. I'm seeing that the preview may have been included in Comic Buyers Guide? In regard to being Valiant "creations" Magus, Solar and Turok were not Valiant creations either, obviously. Wouldn't Harbinger be the first?
  16. Yes, I'm sure he personally doesn't have a clue day-to-day how much he has. But there should be someone watching that.
  17. The preview was released as early as 1989. The one above is April 1990. @valiantman can confirm better I'm sure.
  18. There is enough to be concerned the top is a fake. Color looks exactly the same to me though.
  19. Yes, historically the cover date was to tell retailers that's when to take them off the shelf. If I'm not mistaken. Not sure what you mean by the price. Yes, it was selling for $100 pre-sale / release. But, of course that's not what a retailer pays for it. The Spider-Man cover has been selling for more and it's not out yet.
