  1. Found these for $1 each at a show last weekend. Weird they had the toy variant and didn't have the foil cover. Oh well, I'll take it!
  2. TOUGH book to find. Have only found 3x smith variant in the last 4 years, and no Moore variants ever. I notice one (Moore) sold for 60 quick last night. eBay has been a ghost town on this book. I have an explanation. All-New Ghost Rider #1 wasn't released until March 2014, so for roughly two years you were looking for a comic that didn't exist. Now that pre-heat speculation right there. Look for a comic that hasn't come out yet! ! My bad, confused my timeline with the Alejandra GR series. There's only 8 or 9 series. Not sure how you got confused. Marvel at its best.

  4. Don't know what to think about this one. Are they all going to get released and burn early sales figures? Batman Rebirth #1 Hastings Variant
  5. Red Hood Last Days #1 Variant ACTIVE Red Hood Last Days #1 Variant SOLD
  6. The way the other Harley variants are going, yes. I think the color will sell out. Looks like a couple bucks. For what it's worth, I would rather buy that Civil War II #1 with Spidey & Deadpool. That's a work of art right there.
  7. So...not 3K they advertised then? They don't put up all 3k copies for sale online at once, plus they also keep some for in-store sales.
  8. TMNT Bebop & Rocksteady Destroy Everything #1 1:25 Kevin Eastman Variant Outcast #1 BLUE SKETCH VARIANT Batman '66 1:25 Allred '66 Variant
  9. my stores were exceptionally greedy today..nothing good available for cover price. I'm sure you just wanted it for your personal collection, right? Nope.
  10. Preacher #19 - doubt this will ever get "hot" Preacher #20 - quick flip at the right time Preacher #21 - quick flip at the right time
  11. It appears issue #7 is a last page cameo unless something was missed. Issue #9 features her in costume on the cover and both in and out of costume on a couple of pages inside of the book. She is mentioned by name in issue #9 also so this looks to be a more apt comparison to CM #17 than #7 for the cover appearance. Is she in any other pages other than this in issues #7 though #9 ? Yeah but nobody will care about 9 You're probably right. It just occurred to me that this would be opposite of most modern hot books though some cameos have recently been getting attention. If a person were inclined to spend that kind of money on a cameo of a new character, what might this be worth ? 1st James Rhodes CGC 9.8 While not a modern, certainly relevant to the discussion don't you think ? Not really. You're link is to a Bronze age 9.8. Books that were released well before "tombing". Today people submit for their tombing the minute they have it in hand, never to be relegated to a long box for potential damage.
  12. I can't find it, but someone posted that maybe she is taking over War Machine.
  13. I'm worried it's going to end up like the Sensation Comics feat. Wonder Woman #4.
  14. I have a 1:10 Justice League of America Turner variant that I can't give away.
  15. I'm in the same boat. Way too much to sort through. Also doesn't help that spec sites pump these books....... Buy books other than Marvel. Problem solved. I wasn't really referring to Marvel or DC....... Not sure what you are reading then. Plenty of great stuff out there. Also not sure what spec. sites have to do with story content. It's all covers, variants and rarity these days.
  16. Modern '92... Yup 24 years ago can't be "Modern". Since the Golden Age, there has never been an age of comics that lasted 24 years. The ages actually got shorter: Golden Age 1938-1956 (18 years) Silver Age 1956-1970ish (14 years) Bronze Age 1970ish-1982ish (12 years) Copper Age 1982ish-1991? (9 years?) Modern Age 1992?-2016 (24 years?) well when did people name the 'copper age'? Exactly, periods are backdated to a significant event(s).

  18. That book has been both hot and under the radar for a while now. You can still pick it up cheap, but mid to high-grade fetches good money. (two of those sales are mine). I buy this book in any grade I can find it if it isn't marked up yet. High grade is a nightmare. Yea, any of those square bound. Try and find a nice copy of Fantastic Four King Size #6.
  19. That book has been both hot and under the radar for a while now. You can still pick it up cheap, but mid to high-grade fetches good money. (two of those sales are mine). Yes, maybe a year or two ago interested started because he was rumored for a movie I believe. Seems to be trending back up now I believe. Possibly because of new rumors about GotG 2.
  20. Civil War II # 0 1:1000 Greg Land Agents of Shield Variant $730
