Maybe it was the way FSU played that made him sick

Have done many deals with Brock. Nice guy, and never a problem. He's a man of his word. Thanks Brock!

Good job with the pics. That Glock pic was really cool.

Joe's notes are the best. Attention to detail is outstanding, this guy knows and loves comics. Thanks for the work Joe!

Date stamps are cool. You can always use the date stamp to ID a comic that was lost or stolen.

Sold some comics to Chadwick. Paid fast, easy to deal with. No problems at all. And a nice guy. Hope to do more business with him. Thanks Chad!

My reputation as a seller is already tarnished by my own inability to ship out books in a timely manner.
I have no problems reaching out to MoJoePin, although we know what the answer will be. However, it is the right thing to do.
Reach out with an apology (be a man about this). You've clearly admitted you've made mistakes and committed wrongs.
Let him know you are sincerely sorry and see if there is anything you can do to repay his patience.
If he says, no...then you've done all you can do.
In that specific instance. But how about in the future? I don't know Adonis, but I know this isn't his first rodeo with pretty much the same issues.
How would you like me to handle future issues?
If you're not going to take care of the customer the way you should, don't take their money.

Poor customer service just says a lot about how much the seller cares about the customer. From the packaging, to the shipping speed.

Fridays rock
This isn't a community. This isn't a family. There are a few here that have made friends and genuinely care about each other. But the vast majority are just a bunch of internet nuts with time on their hands, axes to grind, imaginary reputations to defend, and collections to bolster. Incredibly entertaining at times, but not people I would trust farther than my fist can reach - or in your case the extent of my PayPal protection.

The Travels of Kraven the Hunter
in Comics General

After waking up Kraven shook off the cobwebs and caught up with some old friends. Careful guys, Doom is lurking!
And took his first selfie with a new friend.
Kraven was starving, but we had work to do around the house. Turns out I worked, Kraven just made himself at home.
Kraven took down a backyard beast, but little did he know, he was being watched.
Our work done, it was time to eat. Kraven was in the mood for Mexican food. So we went to El Tepeyac and got him one of the best burritos in SoCal, the Famous "Manuel Special", 5 1/2 lbs of pork, beans, rice, guacamole, covered in melted cheese.
Now that Kraven has fed his appetite, it's time to see the town. More later...............
