Throwing this one into the mix again, for s/s Dan Slott (or Paul Soles, your choice)
This one is Sold out everywhere---I've got a total of 8 (eight) spots for this one---like my Teen Titans 12 and Batman White Knight spots---I will not have any of these available after the monthly pre-sale
Amazing Spider-Man #796 s/s Dan Slott - $125 or Paul Soles - $145

My first offering of the month is one that I'm very excited about.
BLADE RUNNER #1 s/s Rutger Hauer (Roy Batty), Sean Young (Rachel), Joanna Cassidy (Zhora) and William Sanderson (J.F. Sebastian) - $795
I've got four (4) spots available for now, possibly a couple more.
Some numbers---blue universal in 9.8 sales between $270 and $160
A 9.6 s/s Hauer went for $350 in 2015 and that same year, a Cassidy/Young double s/s went for $225 (also in 9.6)
There are two (2) yellow 9.6 up on eBay right now with either Hauger & Young or the other, Young & Cassidy (both BIN at $795 ish)
Numbers are all over the place, but there is one simple fact----Rutger Hauer has only done one public signing and that was in 2012. I can't honestly remember when Cassidy and Young were last spotted, but I do remember seeing Sean Young at NYCC about 6 or 7 years ago.
Below is an image of one of the books that I did with Rutger from that one signing---of which maybe 18 books were sub'd. That's not 18 cps of Blade Runner---that's total books. BR #1, #2, and a few other various items.
I personally feel this is one of those unique ops that only comes around once in a blue, much like the Mad Max signing last year

I'm on the show floor and will try to update this thread as often as I can. Here's my first on site nycc exclusive. You saw earlier how much I raved about this book. Here is the dark Ark nycc exclusive. Print run is only 300 copies, but they slammed 50. So only 250 are available to the public.
DARK ARK #1 NYCC s/s Juan Doe -$145
Ten spots
one for me please - thanks!

Not many mainstream books really excite me these days---HOWEVER----this is the one to pick up. There's innuendo online that it's sold out already---albeit, I never understood how something could be "sold out" before it hits the shelves. But my LCS did warn me that I should grab multiple copies because they are expecting to clean out, and there is a great amount of buzz behind the book right now.
BATMAN: WHITE KNIGHT #1 by Sean Gordon Murphy.
Batman & Joker role reversal---here's some more on the book---most here probably are already aware of the title, but it's going to beat Dark Night Metal IMHO. But this----THIS is what sells you. Murphy says, "We know the Joker is a genius, we know he's relentless, and we know he can play the crowd, so why not make him a politician?" Murphy asks. "Frank Miller modeled him after David Bowie. Chris Nolan showed him as a controlled sociopath. I see the Joker as Don Draper."
Don. Effin. DRAPER. Mad Men. Mad MAN. coolio.
"In a world where Batman has gone too far, The Joker must save Gotham City.
He’s been called a maniac, a killer and the “Clown Prince of Crime” but “white knight”? Never. Until now…
Set in a world where the Joker is cured of his insanity and homicidal tendencies, The Joker, now known as “Jack,” sets about trying to right his wrongs. First he plans to reconcile with Harley Quinn, and then he’ll try to save the city from the one person who he thinks is truly Gotham City’s greatest villain: Batman!
Superstar writer and artist Sean Murphy (PUNK ROCK JESUS, THE WAKE) presents a seven-issue miniseries of a twisted Gotham City with a massive cast of heroes and villains that, at its heart, is a tragic story of a hero and a villain: Batman and The Joker. But which is the hero—and which the villain?"
And this online URL features snyopsis, artwork, reviews.
https://www.wired.com/story/batman-joker-villain/
So here's what I have in hand for signature series----and keep in mind, Sean Gordon Murphy doesn't do many shows---personally, I typically only see him once a year at NYCC, but I did catch him earlier in May, back at Five Points Fest.
BATMAN: WHITE KNIGHT #1 (standard cover) s/s Sean Gordon Murphy - $135
Five (5) spots (I may possibly get more)

This variant is the BCC Exclusive offered only at the After Shock booth.
Confirmed by the publisher, there are only 300 cps in this print run.
Five (5) cps available to start, possibly more if there's still decent stock left this morning.
DARK ARK #1 (Aftershock BCC exclusive) Juan Doe - $135
**(if Cullen Bunn is at NYCC, I'll add him too)
2 hours ago, Rich_Henn said:Earlier this week I was talking about DARK ARK #1 ---- and honestly, if you haven't checked this out yet, it's well worth your time.
The concept of a "dark" Noah creating an ark to save the monsters of the earth during the Great Flood is awesome. Sold out and heading for a 2nd printing.
I've got a limited number of these Baltimore Comicon Convention exclusives available----the "official" BCC exclusive is a Phil Hester variant (below).
Print run somewhere in the 300-500 copy range. What I looked at was a little rough, I went through a good 75+ cps to pick solid 9.8 candidates.
I've got five (5) cps available, possibly a few more if they're not sold out this morning.
DARK ARK #1 Phil Hester BCC exclusive s/s Phil Hester & Juan Doe - $135
*(adding Bunn possibly if he's at NYCC)

This next one, I'm actually pretty excited about. I love the premise. It's basically a story about who saved the mythical creatures of Earth when God flooded the planet during the biblical era. DARK ARK is from one of my favorite writers, Cullen Bunn and it drops this week from Aftershock Comics.
There are two covers---standard cover by interior series artist JUAN DOE and variant cover by PHIL HESTER.
The synopsis:
The wickedness of mankind has moved the Creator to destroy the world by way of the flood. Noah has been tasked with building an ark to save his family and the animals of the world. But this is not Noah’s story. For darker powers have commanded the sorcerer Shrae to build his own ark and save the unnatural creatures of the world—such as the vampires, the dragons, the naga, and the manticore. But what will happen on a vessel crawling with monsters, where insidious intrigue and horrific violence are the rule of law?
From writer Cullen Bunn (X-Men Blue, Deadpool, Venom) and artist Juan Doe (AMERICAN MONSTER, WORLD READER) comes a sinister tale of biblical proportions that HAD to be told at AfterShock Comics.
And here's a URL link from an early review at Bleeding Cool.

DARK ARK #1 (standard cover) s/s Juan Doe (and possibly Cullen Bunn) - $120
Ten (10) spots to start----and I'm going to look into getting a remark by Juan on the covers as well
1 hour ago, Rich_Henn said:Here's another book I have to push and get behind---it was hands down the best book this week.
From Skybound, GASOLINA #1 by Sean Mackiewicz and Niko Walter----1st printings are already sold out and the book is back to press for a 2nd print.
I picked this up on a whim yesterday morning, the cover is what drew me to the book. I read it cover to cover, and was really impressed by the story and the art.
It's a little bit Narcos, a little bit Chronos---if Breaking Bad was a horror thriller, this would be it.
From the solicitation body copy:
Fugitives. Rebels. Newlyweds. In their journey south from El Norte, Amalia and Randy have played many roles in order to survive. Now, they must become unlikely leaders in the fight against a new cartel who uses inhuman tactics to ignite the most monstrous war Mexico—and the world—has ever seen.
Everything burns in this new series from SEAN MACKIEWICZ and NIKO WALTER, where love and devotion can only be measured in fire and blood.

Okay----for you guys that have been asking about THE REALM #1 variant covers----and there are a few that are REALLY killer that I am looking into---but one of the rarest is this convention tour edition. ONLY available from Jeremy at the LCS signings for his 2017 REALM tour, it looks like there's not many shops on his tour, maybe a dozen (with the first being Golden Apple today.)
I'll be seeing him on this tour and will be picking up copies.
It's solid black, as pictured----I'll be getting more than I need, but depending on how things go, I don't want to be carting this particular book around from event to event. So I would like to guarantee Jeremy Haun only for now---I'll make a judgement call if I can transport these to get Seth Peck without scuffing the covers.
LOW print run. The reviews I've read online today on this book are really REALLY good, and everyone is confirming this is the first Image book with real heat behind it for a long time. I'm going to sit down and read this tonight, but the art and premise look tight. I think this book is a home run.
It may not be a problem, but let's call the additional Seth Peck signature gravy. I will try to get re-marks though---no promises, but I'll ask.
THE REALM #1 (signing tour exclusive) s/s Haun - $145
Ten (10) spots to start
