  2. NIICE!!! See, it's books like these that make collecting goldlen age so special! Take a bow!
  3. This one is pretty scarce. It's from Marvel(Atlas/ Timely era?). It's 'Loveland #2' (Feb. 1950). And it's the last of what was a two issue run only. No, i don't have no.1(yet). The few Romance titles i do collect are photo covers. I love (no pun intended)the romance photo covers. Enjoy!
  4. I've always loved both those covers(that's a killer recreation btw). Montana is a master! The no.34 is becoming THE classic cover MLJ book to have, no matter what genre, pub;isher, character(s) you collect.
  5. Thanks Gino,. And I agree with you, it's a great cover image.

  11. 1) Sinatra 2) Rolling stones 3) Prince my guesses! You're a good sport( I would've picked MJ over Prince,)but you got two out of three(even if a fellow boardie gave you one). Good luck with your goal here, but it will take time and trust. Listen to the advise.
  12. Sinatra... Why waste a question? Thanks, . And that's one out of three I would have picked too.
  13. You are so right, . But I think it's gong to work in his favor.....
  14. Ok, I've got three: 1)Sinatra or Tony Bennett? 2)Rolling Stones or the Beatles? 3)Michael Jackson or Prince? At least get two out of my three
  15. The Superman/Action war covers are in a class by themselves as far as DC G.A. war covers go. Take a bow sir!
  16. A VERY informed answer, with many factors I wasn't including in my "prediction". Thanks! And yes, we will know soon. (thumbs u
  17. Dear Gator I am going on record on this board again to say that I believe the original art page for the first Wolverine panel published in comics in the current HA auction will set the record for the highest price paid for comic art. What say you?

  20. one of the "trinity" of what I call MLJ's "Timely" covers. The other two being Zip Comics 22, and Zip Comics 32(which I own a copy). One day the budget and copy and timing will bring this one to my collection too. Nice!
