    Love the Human Torch #1. Recall back around 2002 Richard Evans offered me a high grade Human Torch #1 and a lower grade Cap #1. Had the hardest time deciding between both books, but finally chose the Cap #1. The HT#1 was later graded a universal 8.5. 😥 You can never go wrong with a Bat 1, especially one that nice.🥰

    Congratulations on the book. Such a beautiful copy. Had the privilege of owning this book for a few months. Won it in 2018 in one of my most memorable auctions. Now only have one book remaining from that auction. 5.0 TEC 28 4.5 TEC 31 6.5 TEC 66 9.4 FF 5 😭

    My comment is specifically only in reference to the Cap 3. I agree that GA sales have been very strong in general for several months.

    Compared to prices in 2018 and 2019, 2020 sales seem softer especially consider strong sales for other GA keys.
