I filled out a Help Request form online when a priority mail package I was waiting on had no updates for more than a week after departing Oakland, CA (I live in AZ).

12 hours after filling out the form, the priority mail package and another first class package that had also been missing both "arrived" at my local post office.

I have the same issue, I have 5 or 6 USPS packages that are late and now showing no estimated delivery date. Pretty much all of them have been scanned at their regional origin facility but haven’t moved since.

Every shipment I’ve received from FedEx though, has arrived on schedule and a couple have even arrived early

I am having an issue with first class packages as well.

The last two I’ve sent have been really delayed. The first one went over a week without being scanned and took about 14 days to be delivered.

The second one was mailed a week ago from Arizona and has been scanned as “departing Grand Rapids distribution center" three separate times now. 

Both of these packages were sent to Michigan 

Fortunately the buyers have been understanding so far
