  2. Have at 'em next time. Personally I havent heard from the seller in three weeks and still haven't received my books. I would have rather paid a bit extra for the peace of mind.
  3. I owned a 3.0 c/ow copy that presented well for the grade that I sold in late February of this year. Had it priced at $12k (just under gpa at the time) and didn't even get a whisper from any buyers. Not even tire kicker type offers. I finally sold it to a larger dealer for $11500. When I saw what some were selling for at auction not long after that it made me question where the demand was coming from.

  14. Maybe it's just me but I felt the show wasn't bad for buying books and had a solid selection. I dropped almost 5 figures at this show and I wasn't disappointed in one bit. I hear many boardies say is wasn't that great and I'm wondering how spoiled they were in years past? Almost every book I bought was under market value and the seller was willing to deal with no hassle. I don't really know what more you can ask for out of a show? I mean is 20% under market bad for a raw book? Should it be 30%+ for it to be a good show? I'm really wondering what I'm missing..
  15. Great day of talking with a few boardies and buying on Thursday. I was very pleased with the selection and prices. Shout out to @G.A.tor and Harley (is he on the boards?) for a couple cool books. Should be back on Sunday..
