  5. It's all good Bill ? Now everyone get back to the sales thread!
  6. Bill I agree the price is what it is however the last 9.8 went for around the same and none others have been for sale. I fortunately have another if someone really wants that one. As for you saying you would have sold it when offererd 6k. That book is worth more to me especially if I can get Todd to sign it. He didn't sign the #1 so I don't think he will sign this but it is always worth a shot right.
  7. Reddwarf, "who is the facilitator acting as his own witness at shows?"
  8. Reddwarf thank you for explaining how to prep a book and in detail how to communicate with my facilitator on getting my books signed. When I send my books for a signing I hold 1 person accountable for those books until turned over to CGC. That is the trust you build up with a facilitator, knowing they will treat those books like they owned them. Rich Henn is a great example of a facilitator owning the responsibility and condition of those books! You never see Rich sitting behind a desk asking for witnesses to take his clients books out to be signed. Accidents can happen to anyone however can you imagine a facilitator giving your books to someone else and they end up damaged? Who then is responsible? CGC clearly defines what is expected from a facilitator and a witness and who is to be present when those books are getting signed. these checks and balances are there to keep the integrity of the SS system. Make all the money you want just do it within the rules. Dre being a troll is a joke! Surely you can understand the rules set in place and why CGC has set it up this way. We all have a love for comics or this conversation wouldn't be happening. I think we are still waiting for the facilitators who see you allowing witnesses to take book while they are attending to other business?
  9. I couldn't agree more Dre. I would never want my books handed off to someone who is not responsible or accountable for my books.
  10. Rich you have always provided amazing service and sales threads posted in the open with full disclosure of what the buyer is getting. This is the standard with Dre, Torrey And Sean and you. Any others forgive me as I haven't delt with you but these others do value there relationships and honor there word. This is clearly not the case with all sellers and it sucks that a few can ruin it for many.
  11. AMERICAN GODS #1 (ECCC exclusive, Becky Cloonan variant) s/s Cloonan - $125
