Amazing Fantasy #15 CGC 4.5 OW pages. A terrific looking copy for the grade. There is no Marvel chipping. That small missing piece came off somewhere during the handling of the book unfortunately. I will try to get some more pics of it as in the scan the browns and blacks look mottled and faded. They are not. They are very deep and dark when the book is held in hand. The book has front cover eye appeal of a Fine range copy. Asking $45,500

The only defect that keeps the book out of 9.9 is the tiny chip on the top edge (so tiny you may not see it) above the 'TE' in LIMITED Asking price is $185 (shipping included) SOLD!

If your teenagers 'like' you you're doing something wrong. Just play the long game. You can love her but also let her know why you're doing certain things. I took a de-escalation class that really helped me manage my teens. Rather than confront them every time you learn to pick your battles and de-escalate every situation. Worked wonders. Eventually, they realize not only that you love 'em but also that you were usually right all along.

Yeah - I'm thinking a bunch probably disappeared in the south just recently. In the many storms for sure. And the south has a TON of good stuff that I see popping up at shows. I also heard that someone lost a collection in 9/11 in WTC But also they are lost to time, the passing of people, etc. The old stuff is every shrinking and getting older.

Books are also deteriorating over time. As time goes by there will be less and less of them.

I don't follow lower grade books much. If the book and the grade were recognized and discussed on here though, I can see that affecting auction prices moving forward for any particular book as many people read what is written here. The higher grade stuff I do follow, I know has been crossed over into the same grade, between books (like the AF #15 9.0 and the Hulk #1 8.5 CBCS copies that sold in the past year). But again, there is a variance in both companies. I guess if you're spending big money, do your research and buy what you feel comfortable buying.

The drug problem is a MASSIVE one. It's hard to fathom how big it is, but when both Canada and the US label it an epidemic you can be certain it's bigger than anything we can cope with right now. We tried attacking the drug problem with hard line stance but maybe we should be looking into other countries who have success fly reduced their drug problem, while ours has continue to grow. Portugal is an example I throw out. They decriminalized drugs many years ago and their substance abuse numbers fell off a cliff. They now direct all that money that was spent on policing them to providing abuse education and health care...and it has been working for something like 15 years now.
