Went to a local thrift/flea set up I have visited a few times. They had a box in a case labeled "non sports cards". I found the marvel universe series 1 cards for .25 a piece. I have a full set, but I wasn't going to pass up some more for so cheap. 

Just a few highlights pictured. Got about $7 worth. Also picked up wolverine annual 94 flair cards and silver surfer metal.

I'm thinking about going back and buying all the available packs. Just for fun...I got a Gleason 2nd print ratio, and a non-stop spider-man #1 premiere variant. 

Found a Gleason variant, found via tips about following lines along spine. There are 4 diagonal lines on the top left. Easily spotted if searching for it.

Conan #241 is really starting to move now. I saw Cbsi featured it. Perhaps that's why copies are moving above $50 a pop easy at the moment. Really cool cover to boot, a Mcfarlane hidden gem for sure. 

Thread is up to date. Some really good books left at far below market price currently. Suprising that the ones I thought would move the best still remain. You never know, I guess...
