Mystery Tales #1 1952 - $565 - Calling it a 5.0/5.5 based on the consensus of the PGM thread. 

The book has maintained its gloss, but has some wear and a few of tears on the spine. There is a very faint color breaking crease on the top right corner, and another tiny color breaking crease on the bottom right corner. There is also a half inch spine split at the top of the book. The pages are supple and the staples are firmly attached to the cover and centerfold.

Hi everyone,

A friend of mine asked if I would sell some books for him, and this is the first book that he's given to me. 

It's dripping in gloss, but has some issues. There's a CBC bottom right corner of the front cover, some tears near the bottom and top staple, and a half inch spine split at the top of the book. There's a small chew out of the center of the spine, and a tear near the bottom staple that wraps around the spine. You can see most of these in the pictures I'm posting, but I wanted to mention all of the issues just in case. The staples are firmly attached.
