The Lottery Shirley Jackson Lion Books #14 1st PB edition $70 SOLD to piper One of the most reprinted and "analyzed in English classes" stories of the 20th century. Classic Herman Bischoff Pulp GGA cover of Tessie Hutchinson collecting her lottery prize I just barely upgraded from this copy recently. A very tough book in any kind of decent shape, I've never seen a VF Fine. Square and solid tight spine and pages tight and supple with light toning. Slight wave to bottom of book. Light creasing and traces of old tide line on the back. Despite these flaws it presents very well and this was the best I could find for a long time.

Take Care Of Me by John Turner Midwood F280 PBO 1st Ed. 1963 $40 SOLD to goldust40 What a cover! One of my favorites. Robert Schulz didn't do a whole lot of Midwood covers but the couple he did are "out there" Great looking copy. Fine Plus/Very Fine Minus Square, tight and glossy. Hair of a reader crease and very little wear. Inner covers and pages are fairly toned but supple so taking it down a notch.
