  1. I love Jungle Comics covers. Nice gloss on the cover! I guess its 5.5-6.0
  2. Looks a little bit wavy. If so, a press should help I guess. Looks like it should otherwise be a 9.0 or better
  3. 8.0 for me. that back cover crease is shame. I love this book though.
  4. Everything went smooth and easy. Fast shipping and safe packaging. I am very happy with my purchase from this seller. Thanks Adam!
  5. Thanks for clarifying that for me. I thought the extra paper might be something like that but wasn't sure. Thanks for the grade too!
  6. Hoping you Golden age grading gurus can help me learn more about the condition of this book. My own notes are below. Thank you! 1. tape on bottom of the spine 2. tape on back cover near the staple 3. there are 28 pages not including the front and back cover. it sort of looks like some page might've been cut out but the cut is super straight. hoping to learn about why it looks like this or if there are page(s) missing.
  7. Bought a Witches Tales #14 from Gene. Very pleasant and easy transaction. The book was well packed and shipped quickly. Communication was also clear and easy. Would definelty buy from again.
  8. He made the most of his long life and his many characters and stories have been cherished by billions. His work will be appreciated and he will be lovingly remembered for generations to come. His work has brought a lot of laughs and entertainment to me throughout my life. Thank you Stan Lee
  9. High End TFs is a great resource. I use it all the time! Definitley looks fake to me. "R" logo and no rubsign and "sunburst being too big are both easy tells. Most (not always true) "pre-rub" figures came with a TM logo.
  10. I love this thread. Now, if I could just find one of these I could spend more imt elooking at struff like this. via GIPHY
  11. +1 Great Haul so far I can't wait to see what else you find Good morning. Nice to see someone else up! (Now reply and get some more posts for PIF!) I am off to 2 estate sales in about an hour! Both say they have comics but no pictures of them. yes sir
  12. I think that NM 98 will lose a lot of its value after the comics boom period we are currently in is over. In short, when the comic movie bubble pops. I think the book will always have a high value, for a modern key/common book, because he's developed into a pretty origianl character. Sort of the class clown of comics. I think as long as the character doesn't become a deflated, unfunny, unorigial version of himself that book will be in demand. I made a little list below of why I like the character and why I think others like him. Opinionated reasons I think Deadpool is popular today and will stay popular: 1. He brings a lot of humor and random-ness to comics. 2. He incorporates current pop culture into his speech and stories more than any other comic character I can think of. 3. He does not represent the typical hero (or even anti-hero). I say this because he doesn't always do the right thing when it counts like most 4. The typical deadpool reader is taking a break from the serious stories of the comic world or does not enjoy the serious comic stories and characters 5. He's unpredictable, you don't really know or can't predict how he will react in any given situation 6. There seems to be more creative liscense given to the writters and the stories don't have to make sense in any serious way 7. Ben Franklins ghost
