Hi all
An updated MM / Alan Moore / 2000AD Badge "Tree" for those interested
These are all rare 1980s original tin badges
I have recently sold the four super-rare Warrior Miracleman badges to another collector (MM, YM, KM, Kimota 3rd row) so I don't own those anymore - but they are in very good hands
I magaged to find an original V for Vendetta badge - however turns out this isn't the Warrior version, but one put out by DC in 1988 to promote the launch of the coloured DC run (pretty pleased anyway)
I've also found 2 Watchmen 1986 originals!
Plus lots of new 2000AD ones - including Zenith, DR & Quinch, Judge Mortis etc
The quest continues...
i'm just now seeing this
i would have loved to own that eclipse MM badge

My completely unscientific thoughts are $1,500 is probably on the low side for adding value to any book at this point from what I'm seeing.
I think you could get one of the death dealer comics for $1200-1500 no problem. Three or four of those got done. Since they have literally no value unsigned.
I would be happy to pay that if I ever saw one. This would be awesome.

thanks
it was a labor of love

so it begins... with a simple purchase of some monster stickers
then... i picked up a couple gumball cards
and of course i needed a machine too... right?
well, after finding and swapping out the mech... applying a new decal and ordering the vending capsules... a 6 month long project has finally come to a close
-
thanks!
the mold a rama frankie and the bat ring were given to me by a coworker today...incredible gifts!
funny thing is, up until not that long ago - you used to be able to pick up these mold a rama figures at the local zoo... they finally removed the machines after all these years.
quite unfortunate if you ask me...
around halloween time they would swap out the zoo animal molds for frankie, a skull, and a devil.

i managed to put a period correct machine together... unfortunately, that is still the repro "card" i picked up a little while back... tracking down a real card hasn't been a problem... tracking down a real card that is available for purchase is the real challenge
