I totally agree Hep, I view my collection as my Lair and what I do with it as my Superhero alter ego. No one who knows me even knows I read books, let alone collect all things horror including comics, it's my business. For my family they just consider my room as off limits as they have no interest in what I do so long as I'm happy, I've even trained them to collect my packages if I'm busy or out of the house.. I once had a conversion with a very wise old man (not Yoda) and he told me "If you don't enjoy your own company then no one else will!" I'm my own best friend, it's only when he answers me back in a strange voice I panic.

I think that they are Don Post masks and I would imagine that they would now be worth a lot of money. As they might be the first issues, I've heard that they have started to become brittle because of the rubber used which is a shame. @Mike Scott is our go to guy when it comes to vintage monster items. Looking at the photo I would guess that the Herman is the only real mask and the other two come from illustrations? I'm sorry but that Herman is nagging at me it just seems so familiar.

@Mike Scott What is your thoughts on the Zanti Misfits were they Ants or Wasps? I'm drawn to Wasps (Hornets) put wings on the little suckers and voila! I know the word Zanti is a play on words Z-ANT-I "Is that you Z-ANT-I and is Uncle coming too?"
