  1. No only RAW copies for me I like to re-read my goodness.
  2. Spider-man's other main titles like Web of, Spectacular, Team up and so on. I have complete runs of all these titles yes I like Spider-man! I'm in no rush to find the the other missing issues as I would imagine cracking up not having a Spidey fixation.
  3. We're both wrong it's Ratched although I'm sure you'll agree she is a great actress and played a role where everyone loved to hate her.
  4. I feel your pain so close yet so far! However it is clear to see that you ARE a comic collector and long time reader, well done.
  5. Unfortunately the movie craze is driving up the odd issue and is making it harder to complete runs, in fact there have been a few dollar bin drek that are now selling for a fortune only because it is now a show off possession. Damn those Youtube videos.
  6. I'm a huge Spidey fan and only need issues 1,2 of Amazing and AF 15 to complete all his core titles to date, then complete Tomb of Dracula Frankenstein monster and one short of Werewolf by night issue 32. Once I get these issues I can die happy as I'm a TOTAL completist it even keeps me up at night.
  7. Welcome aboard Dimitri you picked the right thread to read we're all comrades here as for loving Boris Karloff, did you know that he claimed to have a Russian relative called Karloff and the "Boris" just sounded Russian to go along with the surname. He was even related to Anna Leonowen of the King and I fame!
  8. This is for any fans of both Vincent Price and Edgar Allen Poe what a great voice Vincent had.
  9. What were you saying about letting your AF15 go!!!!!!!!!!!!! STEVE YOU WILL GIVE ME YOUR COMIC!
  10. Yes it looks like Halls of horror, Brian Lewis did a few of their covers at the time. Here's an EYE-popping cover he painted.
  11. The 60's and 70's had some great painted covers it was when the likes of Star wars that the photo covers came into force and thankfully it has went back to the painted covers, I especially love Daniel Hornes covers that guy has talent.
  12. I hate this type of grading why would you cage such a beautiful classic, yes I know that this site is founded on encapsulation but it just seems a shame to lock all that goodness away. If you don't hear from me for a week or so you'll know I've been banned.
  13. Make sure you use a magnifying glass on that Webbing it BARES further investigation!
  14. That's a different version without the figure although you did get my hopes up.
  15. Ebay the scalpers friend! Although I did cheat a bit as I noticed the listing on the good old UMA site Mike after you posted here. As for the X-Plus figures I see that some of them go for about $1000 so I'm prepared to wait until a bargain comes around. I like the idea of the action figure operator fitting inside the Robby suit it reminded me of the Billiken Saucer men kits and the spare actor head that's also a great model kit.
  16. The Walmart version which I think is in the video, I do have a Grail and that is the X-Plus action figure set now that is a beauty.
