    Same here. I did it to a FF 12 on the front cover and it received a 5.0 from CGC rather than prob a 6.0. I left literallly hundreds on the table.

    ALWAYS use a credit card when dealing with Paypal. PP offers little to NO protection by itself. I find it annoying that I have to answer "Are you sure you want to use a credit card?" every time I make a purchase but I'm thinking "Hell yea, they offer protection!"

    Same here. I create a "cushion". Thanks for the advice. But those "products" aren't in direct contact with the bagged/boaded comics. Usually there's around 3 or 4 backboards to prevent any bent/crease on the spine of the last comic in contact with the boards/newspapers/bubbles plastic.

    For every AF15, there's Dazzler 1, Secret Wars II 1, Man of Steel 1 etc etc. you get my drift.. it's essentially a crapshoot.

    I completely agree with you and Mister Comics.. that is why I *always* ask for a front cover and back cover scan (esp if CGC cuz I will have to pay through my nose). If they don't meet my request, I delete them off my watching list.

    It's a nice picture.. with a GREAT back cover.. but is it true that there are 2 spine stresses (very very small mind you)? I wouldn't allow that in a NM 9.4 -- how do other people feel?

    That's really good. I use the OWL to describe my books and it would be great use as a web resource.
