Yeah I was at 8.0 after looking at the pics. guess I'm right in the ballpark.

It's pretty impressive more so that it didn't have any films at all to build it up, made $1.278 billion all on just being a great movie.

Easy and cheap way to hang your graded comic book
Finhead replied to chuckfregeau's topic in Comics General
Just facts, display them on the wall and you can join this thread and show off some pics. https://boards.cgccomics.com/topic/497893-show-us-your-examples-of-sun-fade/ -
I'm at 5.0 due to the grey/building area, looks like heavy wear there? Or water damage? I have a 5.5 and it looks darn close other than the grey/building area.

Thanks but I don't slab my nice Raw books . I do buy CGC graded when the price is good though.

New collector, trying to understand the differences in same CGC grading
Finhead replied to KCode98's topic in Comics General
My Comic Shop is a great place to buy and IMO there grading of there raw books is solid if not too strict, so you know your getting the grade or better. -
Wow nice, I would have graded that at a 7.5 max.

I'm not sure anyone here would take his opinion with that much weight. But it is as you say he is playing with fire.

Having the same issues as before for the last week. Go to main CGC site log out, log back in then go to the chat board from the main page what a PITA. @CGC Mike any word on fixing this ongoing issue?

Whatever works for your narrative. And you seem fine throwing out BO numbers when your trying to defend that turd Captain Marvel, but again change it up when it's not working for your argument. I would expect nothing less.

Going into 2022 as I finished off 2021, pretty focused on Planet Comics. Mainly on the Rivet covers, hope to snag another 4-5 rivets this year and most likely the same along the rest of the run.

ASM 10 Color Touch
Finhead replied to Rich Matist's topic in Comic Book Grading and Restoration Issues
On a book of this value IMO it would be easier and cheaper to just find a unrestored copy your happy with and sell this one. Off set the cost and come out ahead with the same or better looking book, compared to spending the time/money to downgrade this one with removal and all the costs. -
It's not hate at all I grew up with marvel, probably 30+years longer than you have been simping for them. I say that since you post like your 16-18 years old. I simply decided I will not give them any of my time and certainly not my money until they produce something worth paying to watch. Seems like a lot of people have done the same according to the numbers on anything Marvel/Disney related compared to Sonys Spider-Man.

Zero chance of them learning, it would need to be diverse woke and rely "The Message". Sony likes money that's why Spider-Man was fun and gave the fans what they wanted. Disney/Marvel want to push there message and have no interest in anything else these days. I have Zero hope for the rest Phase Bore.

I can't speak for anything except BW since I have less than zero interest on either of the other 2 based on reviews. But I shut BW off about 40 min in, was so bad I just couldn't be bothered to watch it.
