Epic Illustrated #3. 1st Dreadstar. Capt. Britain #8, 1st Psylocke. I would also add Nexus #1. Not a high-value comic, but a key as an important 80's/90's title nonetheless.

Criminy, the Hot Topic variant is as much or more than the Quesada sketch variant. Any thoughts if the current prices are just hype?

I'm definitely interested. Kate Mara as the invisible woman is a little unbelievable though. I think she should have been The Wasp.

It's absolutely important to me since I plan on selling my CGC slabs and I want to have credible positive reviews outside of eBay.

Mmmmm...I wouldn't be so quick to pass judgement: The prices are all over the place for sure, but I've sold two copies of this book in the $40-$50 a few months apart. It definitely comes down to how bad the interested party wants it, and not necessarily overwhelming market demand. Regardless, I bought multiples when it came out because I loved the humor and style, and wanted to support them.

Sorry if I'm late to the convo here, but why is NYX all of a sudden a going concern? I haven't heard anything about the potential TV series in like, 5 years.
