  1. His name is Muhamad Alum. Jim
  2. Have a question for you all. I just sold a lot on eBay. The guy paid me really quick. Great. But I go into my Paypal account for the first time in awhile and see someone has requested $60 back for an item they say was never received. The name looks familiar but I haven’t sold anything in two years other then the recent sale. He sent the dispute on Aug 24. Is this a spam/hacked thing? Because I never sent anything out that wasn’t confirmed received. Jim
  3. Thank you. It really looks great and a nice retro cover. Jim
  4. Used to buy and sell here a lot a number of years ago with no complaints that I know of. Going to test waters again. Here's a WWII war-time Worlds Finest featuring the Dynamic Duo and Superman. Graded old school CGC 5.0. Bought this on this very Forum years ago (don't remember from whom). Really don't want to get rid of it but trying to make room in my closets. Asking price: $450 (pretty firm). Shipping $15. Thanks for looking.
  5. I am so far away from knowing what is going on in this hobby, I can't give them a good spanking. Jim
  6. Last I was here seems like the Forum has slowed down quite a bit. Jim
  7. Lol! Pretty much. I still have that ASM #135 I bought from you. Also the Speed Buggy. Jim
  8. Good to hear it. Anything exciting since I was gone? Jim
  9. Jeez...hope you are doing better. Visited Tombstone back in the early 90s and loved it. Had a great BBQ place there. Jim
  10. I haven't updated it. Stopped when Microsoft stopped supporting FrontPage and couldn't find a good alternative at the time. As far as retirement, I really never stopped. Got a government job while I was on terminal leave from the Air Force and am busier now than before. And I love the job. Another reason I don't follow this Forum, collect comics like I did before, or updated the website. Life is good. More worse things than be living in NW FL with the beautiful beaches and weather. How are you Shad? Jim
  11. If anyone cares my website is working again after an hour plus of arguing with my webhost. Apparently someone put a block on the site and I wasn't aware until today. Been down since at least Apr from looking at my bandwidth stats. And they can't tell me who put the block on it or why. Probably need to check on it more frequently. Regardless, all the MJI and NDS info is back if you so want it. Jim
  12. The website seems to be working now. Still haven't been given a reason it was blocked. Jim
  13. Looking into this now. I wasn't aware and sadly haven't been on the Forum for awhile. The website is paid for the year so don't know what's going on. Jim
  14. There was an Eternals #1 there Raw for $100. That was the most common comic I know of before. What does the price variant go for? Jim
  15. No kidding. I have been amazed at how those went up. You were well ahead of everyone. Jim
  16. Hey Beyonder...been awhile.
  17. I’m sorry. Mistyped #181. Jim
  18. I didn’t see anyone buying. But I also didn’t stick around to notice. Jim
  19. I just went to Pensacon. I know I haven’t been in the comics biz for awhile but I saw a couple things that startled me. Some comics dealers were asking some remarkable prices for comics. Some examples: Giant-sized X-Men #1 CGC 6.0 - $1300 Incredible Hulk #182 CGC 4.5 - $3200 Forever People #1 Raw (1st Darkseid on the sticker) - $330 (not sure the claim is right) Detective Comics #411 Raw - $75 Spider-Woman #1 Raw - $60 Amazing Spider-Man #101 Raw - $550 These prices seemed to me VERY aggressive. And that was the same for all dealers at the show. Am I really out of touch with current prices? Jim
