  1. I found this BP action figure online. The one you have looks more like a handmade version. Any chance it's a one of a kind?
  2. I think it's the Femforce version of Black Phantom. The abundance of cleavage is a giveaway...
  3. I'm not a big fan of signatures either. Ken Bald is one of my favorite artists, but I would rather have an unsigned book. Although, I did pick up one a couple months ago...
  4. The WAR FURY cover is a gruesome classic by Don Heck. As for the HORRIFIC cover, I think Mr. Heck was under an extremely tight deadline and couldn't think of anything else to do except swipe his own head.
  5. Love that cover! It's a classic in my eyes. Here's my copy...
  6. I think this is the only issue of HORRIFIC that deserves "classic cover" status.
  7. It counts as pre-code because the cake is made from the intestines of Tessie's former boyfriends...
  8. They stuck a generic Spiderman head in the UPC code box and changed the box with the price and issue number into an awkward shaped diamond. Both look tacky... like they were afterthoughts... because they were... it's just ugly...
  9. I have always hated the direct sales editions because 1) they are different, and 2) they are ugly. I don't collect modern books, but if I did, I would avoid direct sales editions completely. And yes, I have OCD.
  10. My first Black Cat Mystery comic... and it's the Church copy.
  11. Five more... These affordable golden age crime beauties were a steal...
