No, I’ve tried the stall game and it doesn’t work with eBay bucks. I wound up with $26 instead of $100 from a Hulk 181 purchased prior to the promo start but paid in the promo window.

I think you can send a second chance outright (I think this is to accommodate sellers with multiples of the same item), but you probably want to cancel first so that homeboy doesn’t actually make payment five days later.

For whatever reason, this brought Colin Donnell to mind (Dr. Rhodes on Chicago Med, apparently he was in Arrow as well). I doubt they're casting that wide of a net though.
