He certainly comes off like a pompous bag, but I would’ve given him a chance with a “hey, did you see my message about a free book?” before going scorched earth. Small money overall, but good karma.

This is bull__it. Punisher: War Zone? Oscar worthy. Best Frank Castle ever, and it’s not even close. Back when IFC actually showed movies instead of episodes of Two and a Half Men 24/7, I had more than one night in my youth when I’d drop everything for a War Zone / Rambo 4 double feature. Gone far too soon.

Fk you, pay me. - Your mom was in the hospital and you didn’t notice an ME until 30 days later? Fk you, pay me. Blackstone stock is also down about 45% in the past 18 months if you’re looking for some correlations.

As a huge Wolverine fan growing up, Larry Hama has always been one of my all-time favorites. I've had the opportunity to meet him three times, in three separate years, at three different conventions...and each time he's been pissed off. It makes me sad. The guy just doesn't seem to want to be there, ever. Luckily, my positive con interactions far outweigh the very few negative ones that I have had. If I had to name one creator I still want to meet (again, Wolverine-centric), it's Mark Texeira.
