  1. ASM 33 has sold again! For $165 this time Our total has moved up to $2594 Words can't do my level of gratitude justice for the result of this year's effort! A couple more PayPal payments to go, and once the transfer from my bank account hits (maybe tomorrow? funds are currently somewhere on the highway between Fifth Third and PayPal), we'll give ARF one heck of a Christmas present
  2. @SpideyFein - @143ksk has very graciously sent his contribution and put the book back on the market, so it is yours at $165 if you'd like to claim it
  3. Greetings all! The winner of this book in my 2nd annual charity thread has very graciously donated it back for sale, with the proceeds from the sale going to the charity thread (ergo, shipping for this book is on me!). This is where your money will be going -- Book will be shipped insured USPS priority, again at my expense. In a deviation from my normal rules, this thread IS open to anyone on the Probation List or in the HoS. No one should be shut out from taking part in a good cause. Suffice to say, no returns on this one. This thread will be open until 10 PM central tomorrow. Opening minimum bid is $100. No minimum increments for subsequent increased bids. And unlike in the charity thread, only the high bidder is beholden to pay at the conclusion. Payment by PayPal, Zelle, or paper instrument accepted. Now then, who will get us started at $100?
  4. I will start a separate sales thread, with a minimum open, that will run for 24 hours. Will post link here once its running. @BuscemasAvengers - you're up!
  5. We did it! Beat last year's mark and broke the $2,000 barrier! Our final leaderboard breaks down as follows: @SkOw would not be beat, and walks away with first pick with his pledge of $428 @TheShadowKnows made a valiant late charge and finished a very strong second at $400 @BuscemasAvengers's $252 is only a small part of his contribution as the Sensation 87 he also put up is hugely appreciated! @Comcav at $203...not sure if this will inspire a new wave of takebotting, but if it does...watch out G/S/B! Payment details will be pm'd out shortly. I will send the full donation over to ARF once I have everything loaded up in my PayPal account. This way I can pay straight from the balance and avoid having my bank account info pop-up on the receipt. Anyone who needs a copy for tax purposes, just let me know and I'll send you a pdf. For our leaderboard, please post your pick from the prize pool when I call your name. From there, you can coordinate directly with the board member who put up the particular book (or books) that you choose. @SkOw - You're up!
  6. Just to put it on e-paper, 8 pm central is the hard cut off on pledges towards the awards pool. I obviously won't say no to any charity money that rolls in after, but I don't want to artificially drag out the awards.
