It was a trick question, a setup, a lose lose scenario. If he agreed with it influencing viewers he screws over the studio/film, if he disagrees he gets blasted by all the click baiters. Super smart to simply walk out.

He’s pumping out various anniversary editions. He’s making reprints essentially...of the gold, and maybe even the silver...can’t remember. He’s been signing them and what triggered me is I see he’a got Eastman signing them now too. It’s his right to do it...but...it could be confusing to someone who isn’t well versed in these books. Browse eBay, you’ll probably see one variety or another of the remakes...

I’ve tried to not post this but it’s starting to boil over...Robert Wilson needs to chill with the faux turtlemania collectibles. It’s only hurting the “lightning in a bottle” phenomenon he was fortunate enough to be a part of... Am I an ahole for thinking/saying this? Much respect for his role, but...the money grabs are too blatant and too frequent to ignore.

Yea, people could potentially say “hey folks, look at this awesome deal” under the premise they aren’t connected to the listing, when in fact it’s their book(s)... I say screw it though, if individuals do it and get called out, let the shame rain. We self govern pretty well here...

Thread has merit imo. I’ve stumbled across good deals where I thought to myself, man that’s a good deal, for someone, but I’m not that guy today. Wouldn’t mind having an avenue to direct boardies to it. Although, it has the potential for people to start pimping their own listings...

Well, stacked them and saved ~$90. Missed out on the book I really wanted due to coming in too low on my initial offer, someone else got it. But...picked up another book on my want list for a good price. One thing that killed my spirits is the darn taxes, not used to that yet...

I’ve heard you can request books to be held and shipped together but never done it because of the hassle, but I VERY much wish there was a systematic way to request that... The way they chop up shipments is brutal...and to be frank, it irritates me.
