    This hot book has had some crazy listings recently up to $25K on ebay (I don't get it?!). Anyway, I think I'm actually at market...or will be kicking myself for selling this hah. Anyway, a great deal for anyone who can pay direct. Book looks Perfect!

    Oh no, very sad to hear this. Just met him this past year, and he mentioned he was dealing with some health issues but never expected it was this serious/dire. Was getting worried when he stopped responding the past few months and am sad to hear this.
